Here Are the Federal Laws Being VIOLATED by Mayors Vowing to Refuse Assisting With ICE Deportation Raids

Mayors of major cities, from Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Denver, Miami, New York, Baltimore etc, are vowing they will not assist ICE with sweeping raids to deport illegal aliens who have been ordered to be removed by immigration judges. This isn't a door to door search, ordered by evil, racist Trump. These illegal aliens have had their day in court where the judges have ruled for their deportation, but the illegals have refused to leave thus the planned deportation raids.

ICE is doing it's job to protect the country, yet these mayors (and other leaders) are choosing to take sides. Granted Pres Trump has ordered the sweep delayed for 2 weeks, ...

At the request of Democrats, I have delayed the Illegal Immigration Removal Process (Deportation) for two weeks to see if the Democrats and Republicans can get together and work out a solution to the Asylum and Loophole problems at the Southern Border. If not, Deportations start!

...removing illegals from the US is what ICE does, regardless of a sweeping order. These mayors, especially sanctuary state/ city leaders have been defiant on this issue since 2016.

Regardless of the fact, explained by Judge Napolitano in 2016 shortly after the election, where the Supreme Court ruled these leaders cannot be forced to enforce federal laws...

No, I'm no attorney but these federal laws are pretty clear. If these mayors continue to rebel against the Trump admin putting feelings ahead of the rule of law, then it is time to take action against them via the Attorney General. Keep in mind these are the same mayors who will say NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW when they go after POTUS over how he is governing, yet here they are acting above the law. AG Barr should make a clear televised statement listing and making clear the federal laws these mayors are defying, hinting it would be in their best interest to start complying. If the mayors remain defiant the AG should begin arresting them. All it would take is for one of them to get locked up to set precedent that NO ONE is above the law! Before an arrest is made it should be preceded with a statement by federal agents of the laws the mayor is violating so as to remove any suggestion they will be a martyr (this is key). The book needs to be thrown at these lawbreakers.

The fact these mayors/ leaders are all more or less acting against the govt is also enough to have them up on charges for rebellion!

The key here is for the Trump admin to make sure they have all their bases covered before making any controversial moves (don't hold your breath), because the dems will cry "Trump is a dictator" for simply enforcing US law, as they've been doing for years.

Take note America, there are plenty of immigration laws already on the books, like those listed on this page, to stop the invasion, no thanks to obama and company. We do not need immigration reform. If the laws on the books would just be enforced half of our problems would go away!

Sanctuary City Leaders Vowing to Defy Trump Admin Are Breaking Federal Law

A battle is brewing between the Trump Admin, sanctuary city leaders and advocates. After Attorney General Sessions announced federal fund will be cut to cities giving sanctuary to illegal aliens, mayors of major cities across the USA are vowing they will defy the Trump.


This move by Trump to enforce the law and AG Sessions announcement to cut off fed aid to sanctuary cities isn't racist or bigoted. The US is a nation of law, laws that liberal progressives think they can pick and choose to enforce or not.They have in fact created lawless zones where illegals are free to roam around breaking the law harming US citizens.

There is only one solution to this defiance form the left, AG Sessions must begin arresting leaders who are defying federal law, putting lives in danger. The law is explicitly clear if illegal aliens are given aid, harbor and employed, enablers are subject to fines and jail time.

If the AG is not prepared or refuses to send US Marshals to arrest mayors, governors and law enforcement officials who refuse to follow the law then he should resign! This lawlessness must come to an end. And let's be clear, immigrants are under as much a threat as US citizens from ILLEGAL immigrants. Do not allow the left to conflate the two. Illegal alien advocates, Rahm Emanuel Bill de Blasio, Gov Brown (CA), San Fran Mayor Lee etc etc are all doing exactly that using almost identical language, "Our community welcomes immigrants"! Immigrants are welcome, because they came to the US by the book, illegal aliens are not because they broke the law to enter the US, are stealing from the American people everyday (not paying taxes, taking advantage of social entitlements, taking jobs from Americans, driving wages down etc).

A showdown is coming for sure in DC, but that is after the wall starts going up. Meanwhile we have leaders putting all of us in danger, as they welcome illegals they are also welcoming the criminal element and even terrorists who hid among the ranks. These leaders must be stopped before more Americans are killed.

Mayors are violating their oath and should be removed from office.

Pirro did a great job firing off on the corrupt lawless mayors of approx 300 sanctuary cities in the US who think it's okay to ignore federal laws and the President of the US. Trump has rightfully issued executive orders to defund these cities where these mayors, (and some governors) by remaining defiant, have more or less sent a clear message they are choosing to protect illegal aliens over law abiding citizens.

What we're witnessing by these corrupt mayors is the fruit from the seeds of chaos obama planted. This defiance and resistance is obama's legacy that Trump has to correct by issuing exec orders to simply have law, already on the books, enforced! Furthermore these mayors (and some govs) are all breaking federal laws, regardless of a Supreme Court ruling that allows them not to aid the govt in enforcement.

By harboring, aiding and in many casing employing illegal aliens, these mayors have opened the door to criminal prosecution! If only we had an Attorney General to arrest and prosecute them....

The Judge didn't point it out but this defiance to enforce laws and encouraging lawlessness is borderline act of rebellion or sedition as well.
