Here Are the Federal Laws Being VIOLATED by Mayors Vowing to Refuse Assisting With ICE Deportation Raids

Mayors of major cities, from Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Denver, Miami, New York, Baltimore etc, are vowing they will not assist ICE with sweeping raids to deport illegal aliens who have been ordered to be removed by immigration judges. This isn't a door to door search, ordered by evil, racist Trump. These illegal aliens have had their day in court where the judges have ruled for their deportation, but the illegals have refused to leave thus the planned deportation raids.

ICE is doing it's job to protect the country, yet these mayors (and other leaders) are choosing to take sides. Granted Pres Trump has ordered the sweep delayed for 2 weeks, ...

At the request of Democrats, I have delayed the Illegal Immigration Removal Process (Deportation) for two weeks to see if the Democrats and Republicans can get together and work out a solution to the Asylum and Loophole problems at the Southern Border. If not, Deportations start!

...removing illegals from the US is what ICE does, regardless of a sweeping order. These mayors, especially sanctuary state/ city leaders have been defiant on this issue since 2016.

Regardless of the fact, explained by Judge Napolitano in 2016 shortly after the election, where the Supreme Court ruled these leaders cannot be forced to enforce federal laws...

... it does not dismiss the mayors from the laws they are breaking. They may have the right to not help the feds but they can still be held accountable for, but not limited to:

Now if illegals are working for any of these cities, they are in violation of 8 US Code § 1324a - Unlawful employment of aliens


No, I'm no attorney but these federal laws are pretty clear. If these mayors continue to rebel against the Trump admin putting feelings ahead of the rule of law, then it is time to take action against them via the Attorney General. Keep in mind these are the same mayors who will say NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW when they go after POTUS over how he is governing, yet here they are acting above the law. AG Barr should make a clear televised statement listing and making clear the federal laws these mayors are defying, hinting it would be in their best interest to start complying. If the mayors remain defiant the AG should begin arresting them. All it would take is for one of them to get locked up to set precedent that NO ONE is above the law! Before an arrest is made it should be preceded with a statement by federal agents of the laws the mayor is violating so as to remove any suggestion they will be a martyr (this is key). The book needs to be thrown at these lawbreakers.

The fact these mayors/ leaders are all more or less acting against the govt is also enough to have them up on charges for rebellion!

The key here is for the Trump admin to make sure they have all their bases covered before making any controversial moves (don't hold your breath), because the dems will cry "Trump is a dictator" for simply enforcing US law, as they've been doing for years.

Take note America, there are plenty of immigration laws already on the books, like those listed on this page, to stop the invasion, no thanks to obama and company. We do not need immigration reform. If the laws on the books would just be enforced half of our problems would go away!

CA Atty General Will Prosecute Employers Following Fed Law Helping Immigration Sweeps

California's Attorney General Xavier Becerra has made it official for anyone who was in doubt CA is a lawless state when it comes to federal laws. The AG told reporters any employer who engages in activity giving up info on employees (violating privacy) with regards to immigration enforcement will be prosecuted and jailed! In other words if you are an employer approached by ICE, planning sweeps, and give up info on illegals in accordance with federal immigration laws Becerra will lock you up!

Becerra cites California's "new laws" stop employers from helping the govt, but to be clear those state laws are in violation of federal laws. The AG needs to be reminded federal law supersedes state law, so he is out of order. Becerra, Gov Brown, Lt Gov Newsom, the corrupt leaders in the state legislature as well as law enforcement need to be arrested for violating 8 US Code § 1327 Aiding or Assisting Certain Aliens to Enter and 8 US Code § 1324 Bringing Harboring Illegal Aliens.

With regards to harboring, legal experts will argue these leaders are not in violation because they're not directly "harboring" illegals, ie in their home or the like. Well while they are correct they are also wrong. California's leadership's action on sanctuary city/ state policies and laws have made California that home/ refuge for illegals, they've literally created a massive blanket clause for the state that would in fact cause them to be held liable; they've turned CA into that "home". And this goes for other states and cities, you cannot create law out of thin air that redefines things, people and places which violates existing federal law and then deem yourself exempt. Remember the kid(s) on the playground who would change the rules in the middle of a game because they were being beat, that's what you have here!

Massachusetts democrat state rep Michelle DuBois took it upon herself to warn illegal alien criminals of impending ICE raids on her Facebook page.



Take note she added an update suggesting she's helping ICE. Uh heh... That's because what you have here boys and girls is a clear violation of federal law by an elected leader who is/was clearly aiding and abetting illegal aliens.



To make matters worse, and a direct slap in the face to everyone, this unindicted felon is using her Facebook page to raise funds (probably really for future legal defense).



Mass Sheriff Hodgson has it right, DuBois should be in jail! It is time for the DOJ to step up their game and start arresting ANYONE who is aiding and harboring illegal aliens. We have laws in this country that we're all expected to follow. It is a dangerous precedent for lawmakers to pick and choose what laws they want to follow which must be squashed quickly. If Atty Gen Sessions is not prepared or willing to arrest people like DuBois then he should resign!

 

O'Reilly & Gutfeld Rip Into Dishonest Media Coverage of Criminal Illegal Alien Raids

The dishonest leftist controlled media has launched a propaganda war against the Trump admin suggesting, to the uninformed, "harmless illegal aliens" are being rounded up and deported. DHS Sec Kelly made it clear this round up was in the works prior to Trump taking office and 75% are criminal aliens who have committed homicide, sexual assault, drug trafficking and DUI. Furthermore as both O'Reilly and Gutfeld point out the left didn't have a problem when obama or Clinton called for such action and then carried it out. Where was the media when all the criminal illegal aliens were rounded up and deported under democrat presidents?

Why is left so hell-bent to keep criminal illegal aliens in the US? Once again they demonstrate they care more about foreigners than citizens, because they know they must pander to them to secure votes.

The left is playing a dangerous game that will come to a head soon as Bill O warns. The left wants to see the US in total chaos with the bizarre hope Trump will be removed from power and progressive will some how be back in control. As many ,including Rush Limbaugh, have warned we're getting dangerously close to the perfect storm which could give rise to civil war. The level of discontent and hate coming from the left, supported and fueled by the media has never been seen before.
