Sheriff Clarke Calls For Sanctuary State Officials to be Arrested

Sheriff David Clarke used his time to speak at a CPAC forum to address the lawlessness we're witnessing by many states and cities whose officials believe they're above the law. He made it clear that while these states are not obligated to enforce federal laws, it doesn't mean they're exempt from complying with said laws. Clarke is correct, the Pres has done nothing that is wrong or illegal with his executive Orders. The left is unhinged over his EO's that simply invoke existing immigration law. The Sheriff read off 8 US Code § 1324 that makes it clear anyone harboring illegals aka sanctuary cities/ states, colleges/ universities etc is breaking the law.

His closing is exactly what this site has been calling for to affect change; arrest sanctuary city/state governors, mayors, law enforcement officials, etc, who ignore our immigration laws, to make them an example to the others and this nonsense will end quickly. They can try to fight it in the court, but if you go by the book, by what the law says they have no defense.

This is what Atty Gen Sessions must do to put a stop to this lawlessness we're witnessing by radicals leftists, many obama loyalists, running these states and cities. He must make a clear public statement outlining the law(s), as Clarke, send written warnings to all state govts and LE agencies to comply within a 60-90 days or arrests will be made. To squash any chance of someone being made out to be a martyr, he must have language making it clear those who aid and harbor illegals are criminals who are putting citizens security, which Clarke touched on, in jeopardy.

It's time to stop talking about the rule of law and start enforcing it. Liberals have been running above the law for far too long.

Sheriff Clark Tweets Epic Response to Marc Lamont Hill Calling Trump's Diversity Coalition a Collection of 'Mediocre Negroes'

During a discussion about Steve Harvey's visit with Donald Trump Marc Lamont Hill as usual let his true self out when he was challenged by Bruce LeVell, Exec Dir National Delegate of Trump's National Diversity Coalition.

First off, let's just say what needs to be said... Marc Lamont Hill is a racist and anyone in the black community who doesn't agree with or do as he says is an Uncle Tom or a 'mediocre negro'. Sheriff Clarke: Failed Liberal Urban Policies Causes Riots

Sheriff David Clarke was making the rounds today spelling out the causes for the unrest we're witnessing in cities like Milwaukee is a result of failed liberal policies. Democrats are in power yet they have been successful in brainwashing their constituents everything is republicans, rich people and whiteys fault for massive unemployment and poverty. Lack of jobs, education and stable home are catalysts for crime and bad life choice that leads to police shootings and riots.

Democrats are well aware of this and will continue to throw gasoline on the fire while lying to voters so they can stay in power. Why people in the inner cities cannot see whats going on is baffling as we have seen people in Chicago rebel against their handlers like Al Sharpton. Sheriff Clarke: Obama and Clinton Are 'Anti-Gun Bigots' Should Be Targeting Criminals Not Law-Abiding Citizens

Sheriff David Clarke never disappoints! Appearing on Hannity he responded to obama's power grab on gun control, that Clinton supports, calling them both anti-gun bigots who "are utterly intolerant to anybody else’s view when it comes to, other than their own when it comes to, the second amendment, shooting sports, and self-defense."

Elitists like Clinton and obama want the people of America disarmed while they enjoy the privilege of having armed security. Their answer to gun violence is to punish law-abiding citizens while they let animals out of jail many found guilty of crimes with weapons.

Sheriff Clarke Doubles Down: Obama Started War on Police

Sheriff David Clarke appeared on Varney&Co today doubled down blaming obama for the war on police following his appearance with Judge Pirro when he blasted obama for enabling cop hating Black Lives Matter movement.

"I'm disgusted that there's been no sense of urgency by the president United States over these cop killings. Look, he breathed life into this anti-cop sentiment, this cop hatred and he stands by as it goes on."

You can clearly tell the anger Clarke is feeling as he even set Varney straight that what he is saying is not rhetoric. The Sheriff is calling for counter movement against Black Lies Matter to confront them more or less for sanctioning violence against police.

Sheriff Clarke to Obama: 'Damn Right' We Cling to Our 'Guns and Religion'

This was a great speech by Sheriff David Clarke at NRA Annual Meeting putting the left on notice Americans will not stand by and allow the anti-Second Amendment movement take away our God given rights.

Clarke took a victory lap after defeating Bloomberg's anti-gun political attacks and then called out obama on his "bitter clingers" charge against conservative saying "damn right we do Mr. President and don't you forget it". Knowing the media would get their panties in a wad for saying that he took shots at the liberal media letting them know they will not tell him what he can and cannot say.

The Sheriff has faced the left first hand and knows how close we have come to losing our gun rights. He warned we have to be alert and doubly prepared to respond to the "tyrants who are well-organized well-funded and have a never-say-die attitude" to take our Second Amendment rights away. This warning really applies to all of our rights because progressives (R's & D's) will not be happy until they have total control over this nation.

Eric Holder and Al Sharpton have both clammed up over the last couple weeks after stoking racial fires in the US. When Wilson is officially exonerated from charges of racism for defending himself against a thug criminal why are Americans willing to accept the damage done and move on? Wilson will most likely face civil lawsuit from Michael Brown's family but what about all the other victims from the race baiting Holder and Sharpton did? Why isn't someone going after them? Are we to believe there are no attorneys willing to sue Sharpton and Holder but plenty more than willing to file suit against guys like Darren Wilson? Sheriff Clarke: Cop Haters & Anarchists Given License to Bash Police By Obama, Holder and de Blasio

Sheriff David Clarke called out the power elites who have empowered the anti-police rhetoric that has gone from bashing police to acts of violence, shootings and assassinations. The three (Obama, Holder, de Blasio etc) for the most part have been quite timid since the Michael Brown shooting and will once in a while make an announcement after their ilk acts out destroying property or worse. There has yet to be a defining condemnation by Obama, Holder, de Blasio let alone Sharpton. Their words come off like a light slap on the wrist clearly to save face and then they are right back to divisive rhetoric.

Have you noticed lately how the police are being criticized for expressing their First Amendment rights while leftist radicals say the most vile/vulgar things possible unchallenged? NYPD has been attacked for turning their backs on de Blasio or an officer was put on leave for saying the Mike Brown memorial is pile of garbage but calling for dead cops is praised! Radicals and anarchists like Sheriff Clarke says have been given a license to go on the attack knowing they have the president and Atty Gen on their side. This dangerous precedent they have set is all part of fundamental transformation and just think there is still two more years of obama's tyranny and destruction from our way of life.
