Dem Coup Fails Even With Romney's Help, Trump Acquitted on Both Articles of Impeachment

Pres Donald Trump has been acquitted on both Articles of Impeachment. This attempted coup by the democrats after numerous other attempts to remove POTUS from office has failed in front of millions of Americans, even with the help of Mitt Romney who voted with them on Abuse of Power.

While many will celebrate, the dems will continue their attacks to remove Pres Trump from power. They will use this vote as a tool to uninformed unengaged voters pushing lies that the trial was rigged, GOP was complicit in a cover-up and whatever else they cook up.

This impeachment was more or less based on assumptions/ presumptions by rogue individuals within the govt who want to control foreign policy when it's the President's job to dictate American foreign policy. Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler, Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the democrat confederacy concocted lies and stories from these rogue individuals, rushed the impeachment hearings, violating process by denying the President to call witnesses and even ask some questions to the witnesses. This is all about optics and creating campaign propaganda to sway clueless voters with the hopes of dems holding majority in the House, taking the Senate as the White House is a long shot with the current roster of dem presidential candidates. They will try to impeach Trump again and if they do win in Nov they will not only remove Trump from office but Pence too.

As for Mitt Romney, he needs to be removed from office by any means necessary, waiting until he is up for re-election is NOT an option. In the short term he should he should be expelled from the GOP. Utah voters better find some old, forgotten, obscure law or something to get that democrat holding a republican senate seat out of office.

You've probably seen a meme or two floating around of Pres Trump sitting looking at the camera with a similar statement.

"...they don't hate Trump, they hate you. He's a proxy for you because you voted for him. They think you're a bunch of rubs because you didn't listen to the media. This is their revenge."

The democrats are really trying to get back at YOU through impeachment because you put Trump in office. It's not about him, it's about the elites in DC being overwhelmed with hate because you broke the chain of command. You didn't vote for one of the typical puppets we're normally forced to choose between for public office.

The dems have crossed one too many lines during Trump's admin. Between 8 eight years of obama and these last 3+ under Trump the unhinged violent Left has done irrecoverable damage to this country, permanently dividing the people. There is no coming back from what they've done. No "I'm/ we're sorry", "got carried away took things a little too far", "made a mistake", "didn't realize or understand", or whatever excuse they come up with. Here's why, they know exactly what they're doing and saying. The left is desperate and obsessed with having absolute power over this country and our lives. Pelosi Repeatedly Misquotes Ukraine Call Transcript On House Floor, Switches “Us” For “Me”

This right here is at the heart of the problem. Pelosi and the Confederate Democrats are changing language to justify their sham impeachment of Pres Trump. There is a BIG difference between saying "us" or "me", especially when you accusing someone of abusing their power and acting on their own behalf.

Like Pres Trump says READ the transcript, but that also means one must possess basic reading comprehension skills.

"The President: I would like you to do us a favor though because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it. I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation with Ukraine..."

That's it, this is the line Nanzi and her ilk are using for this impeachment. Her changing this word is no different from when Schiff gave his work of fiction claiming it to be from the transcript as well. Had it not been for Rep Mike Turner, Schiff would've never owned up to it being a work of fiction. He clearly had intentions to pass it on as what was discussed because he never stated any warning to those in the hearing.

The democrats LIE. This hearing is a joke to sway unengaged voters, NOT YOU! GOP Rep Steve King DESTROYED House Dems Over "Largest and Most Massive Cover-up"

Steve King (IA) went on the House floor to defend the President condemning the democrats for introducing Articles of Impeachment which is "largest and most massive cover-up of such a list of crimes against our country" to remove Trump from office for crimes Joe Biden has committed!!

"You’re accusing Donald Trump of doing that which Joe Biden has confessed to doing! And by the way, Joe Biden was not the opponent of Donald Trump. He’s in a 21 way primary for democ- he’s running third in that race! His opponents are the other 20 Democrats. How would anybody dig into that mess of 21 people and decide he’s going to go overseas and pull some maneuver like this? You have to assign him a motive. You assign him a motive, then you create the dots, then you go dot to dot. But the reality is that it was Biden who was doing the extortion out of power play in order to protect his own son. And it was Donald Trump who was following the law...."

Yea King has had his share of issues over the last year, but nothing he said here today is incorrect. The democrats are covering up Biden's corruption, which is also their corruption. If the truth ever gets out about the Ukraine maybe will know whose pockets the $7,400,000,000+ in aid that's gone MIA ended up in!!

Nancy Pelosi fielded questions from the media and was incapable of giving a straight answer why bribery was not in the Articles of impeachment the dems filed against Pres Trump. As she mumbles an incoherent response we've come to expect, Pelosi claims the Articles they've filed against Trump "..are what they are. They're very powerful, they're very strong."

1) Abuse of Power
2) Obstruction of Congress

There are NO LAWS on the books for these alleged heinous offenses Trump allegedly committed. Yours truly has politely requested Pelosi, Nadler and Schiff to provide the federal criminal statutes, but they've yet to respond. Also searched Cornell US Law database, nothing there either! In other words the dems made up the crimes because they had NO EVIDENCE to support quid pro quo, which became extortion and then after a focus group bribery. The only one guilty of Abuse of Power is the democrat party.

Trump is guilty of obstructing Congress, yes he's guilty of not cooperating with the dems attempt to frame him for something they and Hillary actually did! But again there's no law on the books, there is one however against one incriminating themselves but who cares about that pesky Bill of Rights, right!

Pelosi knows this impeachment is such a farce, especially for dems running for reelection in Trump won districts, she's not going to whip votes, "..this is a vote that people will have to come to their own conclusion on..". Don't worry she and her lackeys are probably threatening the others to vote with them or else, they're good at that.

Abuse of Power

The democrat confederacy has officially charged Pres Trump with articles of impeachment for doing his job. TDS consumes their ability to think rationally, knowing AOC and the extremists who run the DNC and the streets have lost all patience with them, they want revenge for losing 2016.

At no time did Pelosi, Nadler or Schiff mention an actual crime committed. For example hands-down no doubt about it Hillary Clinton violated 18 U.S. Code § 793(f) over her clear well-documented mishandling of sensitive govt documents and information. We know this to be true because Jim Comey CHANGED THE LAW literally on the fly in realtime, during his July 5, 2016 presser, saying she had no "intent". BUT if you read the law intent is NOT a legal test to be in violation. Pelosi and co never once said "the President is in violation of _ U.S. Code §_".

The first charge of impeachment is over their belief Trump abused his power asking the Ukrainian President to investigate the Biden and his disastrous son the dems claim is his 2020 campaign opponent, even though Biden at this time IS NOT the DNC 2020 candidate. If we are to believe the dems on this claim of abuse of power then almost every single President would be guilty of what they're trying to pin on Trump.

The second charge is far more laughable because they didn't even hit Trump with obstruction of justice, they charged him with obstruction of Congress. They want you to believe POTUS doesn't have the right to go to a court to challenge their demands or to invoke Executive Privilege! They didn't have a problem when obama ran to courts to push his agenda through or protect Eric Holder and others from testifying with Executive Privilege, but when Trump does it, it's an impeachable crime!?

It should be noted at no time during this presser "collusion"(remember they burned up $40M+ on the Mueller investigation) "quid pro quo" or "bribery" were ever mentioned!

What you have here are 6 coastal elites taking action to undo the will of the country. They are doing what they accuse Trump of doing, ABUSE OF POWER, just as Jonathan Turley warned when he testified, "If you make a high crime and misdemeanor out of going to the courts, it is an abuse of power. It's YOUR abuse of power."

These Confederate Democrats have crossed a dangerous line officially moving this cold Civil War to warm by drawing up these Articles of Impeachment against Pres Donald J Trump over nothing. They claim they are acting to protect the Constitution but their actions denied him due process a Constitutional right! They are in fact engaged abuse of power to remove their political rival, because they don't like him. They have put this country on a dangerous course to actual armed conflict because they met their match politically.

You better vote in 2020 and make sure everyone you know who is tired of this nonsense gets out to vote too. Do Not for a second say "Trump will win in a landslide" because this type of talk is what keeps voters at home. It creates complacency where voters will think "I don't need to vote, he's got this". If you think it's okay go ask conservatives in California, New York, Virginia and other states now under democrat control how its going for them?

House Dems Introduce Articles of Impeachment Against Pres Trump (Video)

Unhinged democrats incapable of accepting Clinton lost the election because she was a LOUSY candidate, and frankly a horrible human being, think they can remove Pres Trump from office. Why? According to Rep Steve Cohen, Pres Trump has violated the Constitution by obstructing justice, alleged claims of violations to the Emoluments Clause, undermining the judiciary and freedom of the press.

If Pres Trump violated the Constitution many of us who support him, but were Ted Cruz supporters til the end of the primaries, would be the first ones to call him out for any violation. Trump has in fact done the opposite what these dems claim, where his actions have in fact been based on existing law.

POTUS can and fire anyone at anytime in the Executive Branch, so obstruction with regards to the firing of Jim Comey is out. Violations of Emoluments Clause are unfounded, but if true then it should be another charge against Clinton when she served as Sec of State, and I'm willing to bet obama made a buck or two while in office! Violations of the judiciary, what are they talking about? POTUS can pardon ANYONE for ANY REASON, if you don't like that power being delegated to the President amend the law. Undermining the press, how's that? The press is full steam ahead like any other day trashing POTUS. They can do and say what they want, when they want and where they want. There has been no action restricting the press' First Amendment rights.

In the democrats world Trump is guilty of enforcing laws already on the books, because they hate any law/ reg that hurts their cause or allows him to call out their bs! These guys are standing high and mighty in defense of the Constitution, but where were they for 8 years when obama was blatantly stepping all over it, practically on the verge of taking a match to it at times?? Nowhere, because they're full of it. Dems only care about the Constitution when it suits them, they would gladly poor gasoline and take a match to it right now if they could!

What's sad about this, people will gladly open up their wallets and checkbooks to bankroll these poor excuses for Congressmen and run to the polls to re-elect them.

Tucker Grills Dem Congressman Who Wants to Impeach Trump "So He'll Stop Tweeting"

Democrat Rep Brad Sherman followed through on his threat from last month to file articles of impeachment today against Pres Trump. As he explains to Tucker Carlson, Sherman cites 2 examples of obstruction committed by the President that are impeachable with James Comey. What he leaves out is the President has the power to stop an investigation (if he wanted to) and can hire and fire anyone at anytime for any reason or no reason. Not sure who Sherman consulted with but Constitution scholars Jonathan Turley and Alan Dershowitz, both liberals, have been clear Trump has acted within his powers when he fired LEAKER James Comey.

This attempt to impeach Trump is DOA, Sherman knows that and even admits it because as Tucker put it Sherman is "impeaching Trump so he'll stop tweeting"! This is some kind of "scare tactic" to cause an investigation and intervention, Sherman thinks will make Trump stop tweeting and become more competent!

Democrats (and some repubs) like Sherman are the ones incompetent in DC. They are the poster children for Term Limits which will only happen in an Article V Convention of the States. Hopefully many democrats will join Sherman in this futile quest to remove Trump burning up whatever political capital they have left.

House Dem Draws Up Articles of Impeachment Against Trump

CA democrat Rep Brad Sherman has drawn up articles of impeachment against Pres Trump claiming obstruction of justice as cause. There was no bribe, no threats, no destruction of evidence, nothing impeded yet democrats are pushing this angle even though it was destroyed during the Comey hearing. This action by Sherman has made it official he is another face of the modern day Confederacy. This crusade to impeach Trump is DOA. Democrats do not have a majority to secure the votes needed to impeach Pres Trump, it's just a ploy to gain voter support for the 2018 midterms.

It's amusing democrats all of a sudden care about the rule of law. Where were they the last 8 years as obama practically poured gasoline and took a match to the Constitution?
