Progressive (Left & Right) federal judges are out of control going beyond their charter to apply law to the cases brought before them. They now make decisions based on past case law and political opinions/ positions. As pointed out earlier this week, DACA is NOT a law, nor was it an executive order/ action, it was a memo from obama to DHS to ignore the law, yet is treated like a federal law!

Obama BROKE THE LAW, he knows it, he more or less admitted it, but none of that seems to matter to these judicial activists. Mark Levin has it dead to right and even wrote a book about Judicial Tyranny in America. These judges are putting politics ahead of country and that is dangerous for all of us.

Pres Trump's admin is not only being sandbagged in the US Senate, by Chuck Schumer who is really in control not Ldr McConnell, but also by these radical judges. And no NO ONE cares that they're "republicans appointed by" Bush or whomever, that means nothing. Party affiliation is irrelevant because progressives are all the same. To make matters worse Schumer and co are making it impossible to get Trump's judicial appointees confirmed. Some on the Right are suggesting the dems are dragging the confirmation process out all the way into the midterms with the hopes of a blue wave so they can just vote everyone down!

The President needs allies in Congress, Americans tired of the nonsense who voted in 2016 need to come out this Nov and send in reinforcements, otherwise Trump's admin and MAGA agenda is going to be stopped cold if not reversed.

Liberal 4th Circuit Court Rules 10-3 to Uphold Travel Ban Block

Another Circuit Court has made an insane ruling to uphold the block on Pres Trump's travel ban. People who have never been to America DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHTS UNDER THE US CONSTITUTION. The US Constitution IS NOT a treaty with the world offering all the privileges and benefits to foreigners. The Establishment Clause of the First Amendment does not apply to people who have NEVER stepped foot on US soil. The ban is NOT a religious, nor muslim ban regardless of what the Pres said during his campaign. No one has every been able to provide proof it is, this ruling just goes to show how out of control these courts have become. You are unequivocally witnessing judicial tyranny, these judges are acting outside of their scope of power. They are setting precedent that they can now overrule a Presidents legal authority, violate his plenary powers for national security! This is beyond dangerous, because if we take it all the way out to the extreme, if Congress was to vote to go to war a liberal can challenge it in liberal court who can apparently override their authority!

That said know this:

1) 7 of the 17 4th Circuit Court's judges are obama appointees, carrying on his radical destructive legacy. (Another 4 are Clinton's)
2) WHEN bodies are riddled w/shrapnel from an IED on American soil because investigation shows jihadist(s) who committed said crime entered the US during the travel ban block/ injunction DEMOCRATS WILL BE BLAMED. There will be no excuses, no finger-pointing to anyone other than democrats. They are actively obstructing this President from taking action to ensure our security at every turn.
3) Democrats will no longer have a say in public debate as such an attack is a direct result of their agenda for open borders, while appeasing to those who want ALL of us dead. You hear that democrats, Hollywood and all you liberal progressive mouthpieces? You will be shouted down. You will be told to shut your mouth and sit down. You will be outed publicly as traitor for going against policies to protect this nation.

Sen Feinstein Concerned Gorsuch is an "Originalist" Who Will Rule Based on What Founders Meant!

Have you ever heard democrats speak well of the US? They're always bashing the country, Founders and people looking for reasons to seize power. The Senator like the majority of democrats believes that the Constitution is a living and breathing document" nonsense started by progressive Woodrow Wilson, who wanted the Constitution replaced! And why? Because as barack obama said, "the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties" restricting what the govt can and cannot do.

This dusty old document is all that stands between freedom and tyranny. We should thank Dianne for outing herself, removing any doubt what she and her radical destructive party stand on.

The more resistance Neil Gorsuch gets from the left the more confident he is the best choice to replace Justice Scalia.

Levin Goes NUCLEAR Over Rogue Federal Judge Halting Travel Ban (Listen)

Mark Levin went nuclear over another rogue federal judge who has put political activism ahead of national security. Judge Derrick K Watson, an obama appointee, ruled against Pres Trump's travel ban arguing a First Amendment violation to people who are not citizens and have never stepped foot in the USA. The Constitution is not universal, it does not apply to people who do not have citizenship or legal status in the US. What Trump said during the campaign about banning muslims is irrelevant. As POTUS he has plenary authority, granted to him by Congress, to stop anyone from entering the US under 8 US Code § 1182(f).

Judges should not be allowed to interfere on issues of national security, this is judicial anarchy/ tyranny as Levin argues. If the US Congress declares war does this mean a judge can override said declaration? Apparently, for the second time now, the answer is yes! There is no balance of power, this nation remains in a Constitutional crisis as progressive repeatedly undermine the law.

Levin, this site and countless others warned obama was loading the courts with radical judges who would carry on his destructive "legacy". You are now seeing why elections have consequences, as Watson was appointed 5 mos (April 2013) after obama's re-election.
