CA dem congressman Ted Lieu was asked about the House Judiciary Committee hearing with Google's CEO over the content of speech stating clearly he "would love to be able to regulate the content of speech. The First Amendment prevents me from doing so, and that's simply a function of the First Amendment, but I think over the long run, it's better the government does not regulate the content of speech." You can be sure if democrats held a super majority right now LIEu would be all in favor of regulating the content of speech regardless of his belief govt should not get involved.

Take note he never said govt staying out of it as an absolute, he has in fact left the door open. Remember democrats DO NOT LIKE the Constitution, if they could take a match to it today they would! obama spelled it out, that it is a "charter of negative liberties" restricting the govt from doing things to the people. I've seen it more times than I care to remember from even my own posts where people react off the headline PROVING they never watched, listened or read what I posted. The only interest the countless number of sites who ran with this bogus charge did it because they need hits to their site. It's all about generating traffic, to hell with the truth anymore. I want traffic to STR too but I will not sacrifice integrity, principles and values I've been fighting for to get a few hits. The 14th Amendment was originally written following the Civil War to grant citizenship to the children of slaves. In following years as Levin points out several amendments were made leading to the citizenship clause. If you don't have the time to listen to this make the time, because it is the only piece of truth you will get on this Iran deal and agreement coming out of the Senate. This is historical where more Congressional powers are being ceded to our imperial president by this corrupt Congress.

Mark Levin says what they have done has "dragged the republican Congress into disaster". Under this bill instead of needing 2/3 of Senators present to approve a treaty, this bill with "obama's blessing" only requires 60 now and a supermajority of 67 to override a presidential veto! "Now we need a super-majority to override the president rather than a super-majority where the president needs approval for a treaty".

Got it? The Senate has reversed the provision and everyone and I mean EVERYONE is cheering this thing!

This is what happens when you insist on re-electing the same bastards term after term America. This is what happens when a man, Levin, literally writes a book explaining the need for an Article V Convention that is ignored and dismissed with misinformation (minsinfo by the very people who have the most to lose) if a convention is put together to stop DC. We are as Levin has argued in a post-Constitutional Republic living under elective tyranny. If the left had their way religion would be banned in this country which would also open the door to reinterpretation of the Constitution since it is based on Christian-Judea beliefs. Anti-gun crowd you may be cheering right now but understand this one day there will be a president you vehemently disagree with who will be as lawless as obama, probably going a step further, outlawing or approving something you are against. Boehner: I Was the TEA Party Before There Was a TEA Party

Boehner talks about adhering to the Constitution (which he never does) and the separation of powers (which he refuses to enforce when obama violates it) is an insult and a slap in the face to those in the TEA Party and conservative Americans. If anything said were true why does Johnny have such a vendetta against anyone in the House that is a TEA Party member? Why have several House Reps been pulled from committee chair positions for going against him because of they are TEA Party representatives standing on principle? Why has he done NOTHING to stop obama's power grabs?

This JOKE is the farthest thing from being "TEA Party before there was a TEA Party" minded politician, he and the progressives in Congress are the reason for the rise of the TEA Party and conservatism.
