Yes, Kirsten Powers just made the argument that since obama can't go through Congress to get his radical agenda through it's okay for him to use Executive Orders and violate the Separation of Powers! Obama doesn't have the legal authority to do what he wants if said actions infringe on our rights especially the Second Amendment which the Founders explicitly made it clear "... shall not be infringed"!
What's even worse, as Dana Loesch points out, the regime is letting criminals loose who have committed crimes with firearms! Darth Hussein™ is creating a bigger problem of gun crime while refusing to follow the law.
We have Congress to thank for these power grabs because they have done nothing to stop him. Then they go on tv whining, complaining and threatening to take obama to court for the power grabs they did nothing to stop! What Congress needs to do is grow a pair and put impeachment on the table!

Police have been clear they haves no issue with this ammo and there are no studies or reports stating this ammo is of any greater threat than others. This is a pure power grab by this unleashed president who has nothing to lose for the next two years.

It is beyond reason why no one aside from Fed Commissioner Ajit Pai is talking about the impending threat of the FCC taking control of the internet, treating it as a utility. Your first amendment rights will be regulated and in a few years you can bet the govt will dictate what you can say on the web. The very site you're reading this on most likely will be shutdown along with countless others, while large well known sites could meet the same fate or will be a shell of what they were.
Do you like running your mouth on facebook, Twitter, your own blog, making videos expressing yourself on political and social issues? It will all be regulated by the federal govt unless people get mobilized right now to stop this power grab crafted in the obama admin. The day will come when you will have to get a permit to start a website on the net. The things said and done on the net today in the future will mostly be classified as crimes. You must speak out now demanding your elected leaders do everything they can to stop the FCC from taking control over the internet.
This power grab by the FCC is a perfect example of how big and out of control govt has become. Regulators have more power on our lives than the scumbags in Congress since they answer to no one. We always go looking for people within the govt to speak out put up the warning flags when something bad is coming. Well here we have it but no one is paying attention to FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai who is ringing the warning bell about obama's internet power grab.
Do you have an idea for a product or service, want to set up a blog, new site etc? Once the internet is made into a utility it will be regulated by the govt, which means anyone wanting to conduct any form of commerce will most likely have to get a license to be on the net. Good luck for news and opinion based websites like the one you're reading this on because Net Neutrality will be a backdoor opportunity to squash First Amendment rights.
Net Neutrality has nothing to do with internet speeds, there is no problem with speed no one is complaining, it's all about a power grab to silence free speech on the web. The internet is the biggest threat to progressive govts because of the sharing of information. Imagine if Net Neutrality was in place 4-5 years ago, do you think we would know what we know about Fast & Furious, Benghazi, IRS targeting conservatives, have all those clips of obama LYING about obamacare or even more recent the 22 times he said he didn't have the legal authority to grant amnesty?!
The biggest thorn in this govt or any govt's side is the internet because it is the last frontier of true freedom. You can't stop your opposition until you first silence them. The internet is a game changer in the way we do just about anything in life. Once upon a time you needed an agent or some middleman to get your work out to the masses. Not anymore with the net. You write books, stories, articles, record music, act etc can all be published and shared bypassing the middleman.. especially when it is political in nature criticizing the power elite. That's pure freedom and it is something tyrants like obama will do everything possible to silence.
What happens every time someone fixes something that isn't broke? They make it worse! Look at it this way do you want the same govt who ruined the DMV, AmTrak, healthcare etc in control of the internet? The net is not broken we do not need it fixed.
