Reporter Asks Obama to Shield DACA/DREAMers Information From Trump Admin

This question from Bloomber News' Justin Sink, in a rare obama WH presser, just goes to show how corrupt the media has become. To ask a sitting president if he will take any action to protect ILLEGAL ALIENS from the incoming Trump admin is beyond appalling!

Sink,"at least three quarters of a million undocumented immigrants provided the federal government information about themselves and their family as part of your deferred action program. I wonder if there is anything you can do to reassure them or shield that information from the incoming Trump administration, considering his stance on immigration?"

For a "journalist", Sink doesn't do much research before asking a question either. If he did he would know 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled to uphold the injunction issued by TX Judge Andrew Hanen blocking obama’s ILLEGAL executive amnesty order. On top of that the Supreme Court was deadlocked on it as well which means his lawless actions will remain blocked!


Uh Justin, obama I'm sorry but no matter what clever names you come up with to identify all all those kids they ARE NOT U.S. CITIZENS. The 14th Amendment DOES NOT APPLY TO THEM. Anchor babies is a creation of the democrat party perverting the meaning/ intentions of 14A to create a new class of permanent, dependent democrat voters. 14A was to give rights and citizenship to slaves who were freed... slaves brought here against their will granted citizenship by the REPUBLICAN PARTY!! There is NOTHING in it that says come to the US ILLEGALLY, have a child who will be granted full citizenship and free stuff. The parents who enter the US illegally nullify any right to their "native born" child to be here because the parents came here ILLEGALLY. If a foreigner (alien) has legal status to be here via visa, green card, or whatever got them through the front door LEGALLY then that is a completely different story. I can assure you the majority of DREAMers in the US do not fall under this "exception".

Before anyone whines about Trump/ govt breaking families up. No they aren't! The families are choosing to break up. They're all welcome to leave with whomever is being deported for being in this country ILLEGALLY!

Mark Levin RIPS O'Reilly on 14th Amendment: Doesn't Know What the Hell He's Talking About

Levin ripped into Bill O'Reilly (8pm'r) for attacking him over the 14th Amendment and birthright citizenship. The Constitution is clear illegals born in the US are not entitled to citizenship, but leave it to O'Reilly to find some lib professors, from all places UC Berkeley like this Yoo, to agree with him.

Here's how you know Bill is full of crap, which only strengthens Levin's argument: He will NEVER put Mark Levin on air or go on Levin's show to debate the issue.

Keep in mind O'Reilly is the same guy who has repeatedly thrown challenges out to people who disagree with him to come on air to debate an issue yet runs and hides when a challenge is thrown at him by a guy like Levin who will bite back!

The Great One couldn't be anymore clear going as far as reading the 14th Amendment in its entirety on air, in clear context, showing illegals born in the US ARE NOT American citizens.

Levin didn't stop there, he also made it clear NO AMENDMENT is needed to stop anchor babies citing Article 1 Sec 8 Clause 4 gives Congress not obama, SCOTUS, ICE etc the power to regulate immigration!

The anchor babies excuse the left has been using for decades is a load of lies. Progressives have perverted and twisted the meaning/ purpose of the 14th Amend to allow illegals to come into the US, have children, claim their citizens so they can stay... and become future democrat voters!

As for the 5pm'r who practically bullied Andrea Tantaros on a SCOTUS ruling Levin indirectly addressed that saying “The Supreme Court has never ruled that the children of illegal aliens are American citizens.”

Ann Coulter: 14th Amendment NOT About Illegal Alien Anchor Babies

Not surprising Ann Coulter has the same opinion as Mark Levin, that the 14th Amendment is not and never was about granting citizenship to anyone born on US soil who is bound by the jurisdiction of another country. So, sorry to inform libs out there but any moms and dads-to-be who are citizens of Mexico, Guatemala, China, Nigeria or wherever that enter the US ILLEGALLY and have a baby, he/she is not entitled to US citizenship. The new family can pack their bags and head back to wherever they came from.

America when you hear leftists whining about breaking families up, no "we" aren't. The entire family can leave together since they have no cause to stay here.

Mark Levin: Illegals DO NOT Have Constitutional Right to Citizenship

The 14th Amendment was originally written following the Civil War to grant citizenship to the children of slaves. In following years as Levin points out several amendments were made leading to the citizenship clause. For those who will argue against the intent of the 14th Amend & citizenship clause Levin cites Senator Jacob Howard, the AUTHOR of the citizenship clause, who made it clear foreign born (aliens) are NOT entitled to citizenship!

"...the author of the citizenship clause intended to count foreigners, aliens and those born to ambassadors, foreign ministers, as outside the jurisdiction of the United States."

In a nutshell the law (14th Amend) like most on the books has been abused, taken out of context and completely perverted. I think we all know who is responsible for the perversion of this law and why Donald Trump is resonating with Americans. Illegal aliens do not have a right to come to the US, have anchor babies so they can stay while draining our social entitlement system they never paid into. They have to go.

How? Make life very uncomfortable for them!

First we need a wall built to keep illegals out AND then the incentives for them to come here removed. The free stuff and idea of citizenship by birth has to end. Too many businesses and institutions are catering to illegal aliens with bilingual signage and phone messaging. "Press #1 for English" needs to be stopped. Companies requesting spanish speaking applicants must be stopped. Schools providing spanish speaking teachers has to end. Life has been made for too easy for an illegal to exist in the US. They aren't in the shadows they are right out in the open because this govt and many companies bow down to them! We don't need any new laws, we need the ones already on the books enforced and those who violate them punished to send a clear message enough is enough.
