Obama in 2016 Made the Case For Trump to Appoint Ginsburg's Successor!

The democrats are losing their minds since news broke of Ruth Bader Ginsburg's passing. The armchair experts are coming out of the woodwork along with pundits on both sides with their interpretation of what is supposed to happen. Well, as you know fmr pres obama has been hailed by the Left as a Constitutional scholar and he makes it clear the President has a right to fill the SCOTUS opening!

"But, but, but the McConnell Rule!" Whelp #1 the McConnell Rule is not federal law, it's nowhere in the US Constitution and was actually based on the Biden Rule! #2 It more or less says when opposing political parties occupy the Oval Office and Senate there will be no SCOTUS confirmation. Now with regards to 2016 there was an additional issue, we had a President who, PAY ATTENTION write this down or whatever, was TERMED OUT! It was wrong for obama who was DONE being President to appoint Scalia's successor in election year when he was on his way out. The literal NEW President should have that right. Yours truly actually argued that the right to appoint Scalia's successor was Trump or Hillary's right NOT obama's because he was DONE! Got It? This is somethign NO ONE in the media is spelling out. Now if it was before the election and obama was in his first term then as much as we wouldve hated it, it wwould've been his right to appoint! Good luck getting dems to see it this way, right now they're spewing lies and conflating a TERMED OUT President to an Incumbent, which is what Trump is. The democrats are screaming that the "new president" should be the one to choose Ginsburg's successor. Two things here, first they're NOT saying Biden, and second they're quite confident there will be a new president! This should scare the hell out of every single voter knowing what we know now with regards to the dems attempts to manipulate, cheat and steal this election. As we speak MILLIONS of unsolicited mail-in ballots are being printed out. Dems, especially Hillary Clinton, have made it clear, they're going to challenge the election results - in otherwords they're going to do everythign possible to win. Knowing this election will end up being battled in the courts, we cannot have 4-4 SCOTUS. Also this would NOT be the first time a SCOTUS appointment is made before the election, it's happened several times so don't fall for the Left's propaganda, they're in insane panic mode now.

The President as obama clearly stated has a right to appoint a Justice to SCOTUS. There are NO LAWS on the books stopping an incumbent President from doing so before an election. Anyone who says otherwise or cites the McConnell Biden Rule as the reason why is a lying liar preying on uneducated/ uninformed people, playing with their emotions. SCOTUS appointments were one of the key reasons Donald Trump won in 2016 and youre now seeing why he must agaon in 2020 as the Left has gone insane. Dems also run to these 9 unelected bureaucrats when they can't get their way on an issue. The court needs to be revamped because both sides have weaponized it, and if anythign THEY should have Term Limits.

Biden: "Hell Yes" I'd Appoint Obama to Supreme Court

No America Uncle Joe is not kidding. During his appearance on The Late Show Stephen Colbert asked the former VP during lightning round whether he would appoint barack milhous benito hussein obama to the Supreme Court and he answered "Hell Yes! I don’t think he’d do it but,... but he’s fully qualified."

The Left is obsessed with obama they want him back in power. If the dems had majority power today they would override the 22nd Amendment removing Presidential Term Limits just to get the worst POTUS in US history back in power.

The Presidential election isn't just about whose team wins the Oval Office, it's about what gets done over that persons term. One of the most important duties of POTUS is to appoint competent judges to the federal courts as well as the Supreme Court. When democrats are in power they choose activists, as we saw with obama where Pres Trump is now having to deal with several overriding his legal orders. Odds are obama wouldn't take the job, but you never know with his ego. Regardless, Biden demonstrates how extreme/ radical he, or any of the candidates, would be with their judicial appointments. For that reason alone Trump should be re-elected as he has appointed competent, constitutional judges to federal benches.

There is no doubt there will be another SCOTUS opening, so ask yourself who do you want making that appointment Donald Trump or one of the socialists running on the DNC ticket!? Exactly, so make sure to vote and bring 10 people of like-mind to vote and the same for them, etc etc!!

Liberals Moore and Maher Fearful Trump Will 'Win the 2020 Election' 📺

We can only hope Trump will win in 2020 because it will cause liberals Michael Moore and Bill Maher & co into complete meltdown.

These people have gone so far off the edge of reality they're trying to put fear in the minds of Americans that the accomplishments under the Trump admin are bad and he must be stopped! Moore is so fearful he would like to see a million people surround the Capitol to stop the next SCOTUS appointment.

Trump is doing so well they're confident he will 'win the 2020 election', and they don't want that! Apparently to progressives America being on top, our enemies on the run, nuclear threat reduced, rule of law being upheld, Constitution no longer being trampled on, Justices appointed to federal court and SCOTUS (who 'll make decisions per the rule of law not feelings and political activism) etc etc are bad and must be stopped!

It's interesting to hear these libs talk about the Right under Trump the same way we spent 8 years under obama. The only real difference is Trump IS NOT a marxist, he has never expressed any dictatorial aspirations as obama (Jabba insists Trump will not go after his term(s) are up), has taken action to reduce govt (ie cut in govt regulations obama blew up to tyrannical levels) where as dems like to make govt bigger.

The differences between Trump and obama admins are clear as day. Libs do not like freedom, Americans keeping more of their money and America protecting its borders and standing up for itself. That is what we all should be fearing, dems taking over and undoing all the good Trump has done.

Biden 2005: “No President is Entitled to the Appointment of Anyone He Nominates”

Uncle Joe setting the record straight in 2005 but progressives expect us to do as they say not as they do. With obama nominating Merrick Garland to succeed Justice Scalia dems of course are up in arms that the GOP is saying no confirmation hearings and the next president should choose his successor.

For the record there is nothing in the Constitution that says the Senate has to approve whomever the president nominates. So if anything to shut the democrats up the GOP should have the hearings and vote NO on Garland. Many people on both sides don't realize the Senate GOP is taking a big risk they don't get credit for by delaying a replacement for Scalia. If Hillary was to win we can only imagine the nightmare appointment(s) she would make who could very well get confirmed!

Regardless dems need to shut up on this issue. They cannot preach about stopping confirmations when they held power and now whine about repubs only doing what they said to do.
