It cannot be stressed enough the massive bullet this country dodged by Merrick Garland not being seated on the Supreme Court. This man is vindictive and is proving he is a tool for progressives. GOP Senators, Cruz, Hawley, Cotton, took him to task over his orders for the FBI to go after parents, on behalf of special interest group NSBA, who were legally giving school boards hell over their abuse and indoctrination of children.
If by some act of God the GOP gets majority in the House and Senate in 2022 they MUST impeach this bastard. And let this be a learning lesson that elections have consequences.

Merrick Garland the United States Attorney General, the TOP COP in the country admitted today that the letter sent by National School Board Union was his source for initiating investigations into mom's and dad's ripping school boards apart. There was no trigger prior to the letter, no studies, or complaints - he read the letter and then issued the memo unleashing the FBI on American parents standing up for their children!
I don't recall the National School Board Assoc being on the 2020 election ballot let alone any other election? Since when do they dictate to the DOJ?
There have been no acts or threats of violence at these meetings. YES, parents have threatened to remove board members and take control since the boards are more concerned with protecting perverts, allowing pornography in teaching materials, indoctrinating children in socialism/communism and hating on white people etc rather than educating kids on reading, writing, mathematics, history and science.
FYI parents, 1964 SCOTUS ruling gives you, and any American, the Right to give school boards, govt and public officials hell! You can be as mean and "caustic" as you choose. Let Garland come after you, you will win BIG in court!

Judge Merrick Garland was hailed by the Left during obama's reign of terror when he ws nominated for the Supreme Court, thankfully his nomination was stopped, but he is back in the spotlight to be Xiden's pick for Attorney General. During the Senate confirmation hearing Garland was asked by Sen Hawley whether he agrees entering the US illegally is a crime.
"Well I haven't thought about uh that question, uh uh I just haven't thought about that question... I, I think you know the president has uh made clear that we are a country of uh with the borders and with the concern about national security I don't know of a proposal to uh decriminalize, but still make it uh unlawful to enter. I just don't know the answer to that question, I haven't thought about it."

Uncle Joe setting the record straight in 2005 but progressives expect us to do as they say not as they do. With obama nominating Merrick Garland to succeed Justice Scalia dems of course are up in arms that the GOP is saying no confirmation hearings and the next president should choose his successor.
For the record there is nothing in the Constitution that says the Senate has to approve whomever the president nominates. So if anything to shut the democrats up the GOP should have the hearings and vote NO on Garland. Many people on both sides don't realize the Senate GOP is taking a big risk they don't get credit for by delaying a replacement for Scalia. If Hillary was to win we can only imagine the nightmare appointment(s) she would make who could very well get confirmed!
Regardless dems need to shut up on this issue. They cannot preach about stopping confirmations when they held power and now whine about repubs only doing what they said to do.
