It cannot be stressed enough the massive bullet this country dodged by Merrick Garland not being seated on the Supreme Court. This man is vindictive and is proving he is a tool for progressives. GOP Senators, Cruz, Hawley, Cotton, took him to task over his orders for the FBI to go after parents, on behalf of special interest group NSBA, who were legally giving school boards hell over their abuse and indoctrination of children.
If by some act of God the GOP gets majority in the House and Senate in 2022 they MUST impeach this bastard. And let this be a learning lesson that elections have consequences.

Merrick Garland the United States Attorney General, the TOP COP in the country admitted today that the letter sent by National School Board Union was his source for initiating investigations into mom's and dad's ripping school boards apart. There was no trigger prior to the letter, no studies, or complaints - he read the letter and then issued the memo unleashing the FBI on American parents standing up for their children!
I don't recall the National School Board Assoc being on the 2020 election ballot let alone any other election? Since when do they dictate to the DOJ?
There have been no acts or threats of violence at these meetings. YES, parents have threatened to remove board members and take control since the boards are more concerned with protecting perverts, allowing pornography in teaching materials, indoctrinating children in socialism/communism and hating on white people etc rather than educating kids on reading, writing, mathematics, history and science.
FYI parents, 1964 SCOTUS ruling gives you, and any American, the Right to give school boards, govt and public officials hell! You can be as mean and "caustic" as you choose. Let Garland come after you, you will win BIG in court!

This country dodged a MASSIVE bullet when the Senate gave their consent against his nomination for the Supreme Court. The amount of damage Garland would be doing sitting on the bench now would be off the charts. He knows this and is clearly, by his actions, out for revenge against ALL conservatives.

What Mark Levin did here on Fox for now the third time is spell out facts, which to the media is like sunlight to vampires. Mueller's investigation is illegal, a crime was never defined.
In other words what Levin just said is that everything the Left is doing against Pres Trump cannot be done. If Mueller and co try to go after Trump violating the law it will end up before SCOTUS and they will lose badly. understand this, you are literally witnessing a SOFT COUP against Donald Trump. The Left is playing a very dangerous game that will not end well for them if they do not stop this.
They say Mueller is an honorable man, citing his service, including when he was in the military. No he is not because he knows everything Levin just spelled out that he cannot indict a sitting President; you can bank on that. Just because the man served in war doesn't give him free rein to be a jerk and abuse the rule of law. Frankly, it's quite shameful for one to use their service or someone bring it up in that way.
This witch hunt needs to come to an end. And one last thing: If by some act of God dems were able to impeach Trump, for breathing at this point, who said he will leave office!? Bill Clinton was impeached and remained in office. Dems need to accept Trump is POTUS, he's not leaving no matter what they do.
