Biden Says No Amendment Including the Second Amendment is "Absolute"

Joe Biden was telling the gun grabbers (Everytown and Moms Demand Action) at the Gun Sense Forum what they want to hear regardless of the fact he is completely wrong. How is the former US Senator and Vice President got as far as he did lacking basic reading comprehension skills that he could say to a crowd of people the "Second Amendment no amendment is in fact absolute."

Secondly, the Second Amendment IS absolute as it is the ONLY Amendment in the US Constitution that has its own 'Do Not Touch' clause - "...shall not be infringed." Four simple words the Left for decades has ignored with the abundance of gun laws they passed in this country that are a direct violation of the law (2A).

It's amazing how the Founders are praised over their genius with the creation of the Constitution yet the same people praising their genius swear what they wrote in 2A they didn't mean!

Remember the Founders had just fought the largest most well-equipped military in the world and won. The last thing they wanted for themselves and future generations was to go through that hell again. Also keep in mind when this all started the British were attempting to take away their pistols, muskets and cannons! They wanted the people to be as well armed as the govt because doing so was a deterrent for tyrants to rise up. If we listen to Joe Biden, Kamala Harris or any of the others they in fact want to be those tyrants the Founders were concerned about.

Month after month, for years, decades really, democrats have been ranting and raving how all the guns in America needs to be taken away from civilians. Dems, you want the guns gone? If by some act of God the left gains a super majority again and actually enacts a gun confiscation they will have a fight on their hands the likes of which has never been seen in this country, not even during the Civil War where 500K died. House Democrats Introduce Assault Weapons Ban Bill

America did you really think the assault on the Second Amendment was over after Sen Feinstein's AWB ban was stopped? It is amazing how the Founders have been praised on their genius with the Constitution yet were completely stupid when they wrote the Second Amendment! It means exactly what it says, read the Founders words, they were abundantly clear they wanted the people aka militia (yes dems they considered the people militia) armed to stop what democrats are doing and have been doing to this nation. Democrats aren't very smart, apparently they cannot comprehend what "... shall not be infringed" means, so I propose a better solution to have it out once and for all. Instead of these small bills to chip away at the Second Amendment democrats need to propose the repeal of the Second Amendment.

If you take the time to go through the bill you will see the list of manufacturers but also the "furniture" that goes on these weapons as cause for the ban. Dems know they lost the fight in the past because of videos like this...

...that tell the truth that about semi-automatics do not function like automatics, so now they just want an outright ban.

So let's have the debate and vote once and for all since democrats are so confident they are acting in our best interest to abolish these machines that have no heart, brain or soul! Otherwise democrats/ progressives will never stop with these hit and run bills until they get their way like they always do. Dems wanted 10 day waiting periods, they got them. Dems wanted magazine capacity restrictions, they got them. They wanted background checks, they got them (regardless of their lies checks aren't done, DOJ reports prove otherwise with record numbers of checks). Dems wanted Gun Free Zones, they got them.

Agree or not, like it or not democrats have gotten their way when it comes to gun control. Oh sure they'll whine and complain, because this bill and that bill have been stopped but look at how far they have gotten. Look at the thousands of laws on the books that restrict law abiding gun owners and have done nothing to stop criminals and mentally ill who are responsible for the majority of mass killings. Now we have terrorists taking a page from these monsters knowing democrats first response to an act of terrorism is to punish Americans by restricting if not taking away our rights. Fact of the matter is democrats/ progressives will never be happy until the American people are disarmed. Democrats it is time to have the discussion, debate and vote. Stop hiding from it, stop playing games propose the repeal of the Second Amendment!


This may be a bluff to keep eyes of obama's coming executive orders on gun control so be prepared for a major gun rights fight in 2016. The ramifications of this coming election are bigger than you think!

Obama Admin Bypassing Congress Coming For Your Guns Through New DOJ Regs

If you haven't heard by now the anti-American, anti-Constitutional obama imperial regime is once again doing an end run on Congress to restrict Americans Second Amendment civil rights through the DOJ. If you are a frequent visitor of STR this news should not be surprising since I have been warning for years emperor obama will one way or another do everything he can to disarm Americans. I also made it clear that his majesty stated he would never go after the Second Amendment but under the same breath he never said he wouldn't regulate our gun rights right out from under us.

While he had a super majority obama couldn't get his gun bans. After some tragic mass killings (NOT shootings) he and the demoncrat party again could not get legislation passed to take our arms away. Just a few months ago he demonstrated he would try the backdoor route when the regime tried to go after 5.56/.223 ammo via the executive orders through the ATF, but thankfully that failed. We have had a few wins but they have been learning experiences for this radical destructive administration. These SOB's learn where they make mistakes on all power grabs that fail where sooner or later they will have all loose ends locked up to actually make something happen. Like Megyn Kelly says to Dana Loesch this new attack on our civil rights from the looks of it could get through.

You should also know while this is going on Rep Carolyn Maloney(NY) has introduced a bill that would require all gun owners to carry liability insurance or face $10,000 fine! Now who wants to bet these insurance policies will be priced so high we won't be able to afford them!? We may be able to have our guns but the power elite will make it impossible to use them or own them.

Progressives will never be happy until the people are disarmed. They have almost every aspect of our lives under lock and key from the banking industry to healthcare, the EPA taking land, IRS weaponized against us, schools, colleges and universities have been turned into progressive indoctrination camps all thats stopping them is an armed populace. Once they disarm the people this machine they are building right under us will be complete, switched on and that will mean game over.

Without the Second Amendment there is no First, Third, Fourth(thats practically gone as it is) or any other Amendment.

The only guns and "clips" one can buy with ease of books and vegetables are those firearms sold on the black market. I dare anyone out there to go into a local gun shop and try to buy a gun with this alleged ease Darth Hussein and his Sith ilk claim exists. Oh libs FYI unlike voting you're going to need an ID right off the bat and then have to truthfully answer some questions about your background. In states like CA you're also going to need a Handgun Safety Certificate or some other state sponsored loophole to jump through. Having these things shouldn't be hard for any of you, you're all so clean, respectful and honest you should have no problem walking into XYZ gun shop paying next to nothing for a gun (another myth) and hitting the streets after closing the deal with a gun in your hand and bag of "clips".

"Clips"... this guy doesn't even know the difference between clips and magazines but he is going on and on about things he knows nothing about. Listen to him just ramble and make crap up... guns in kindergarten, machine guns in bars, really? Machine guns requires a Class III license and an extensive background check performed by the ATF along with an additional tax that has to be paid. Did you know that? Most don't and you can bet those drones believe every word out of his mouth!

Get ready America we're headed into the next round of this guys relentless attack on our civil Bill of Rights. Obama will continue to push for anti-gun legislation while trying to bypass Congress as we learned with possible executive order on steel core ammo. When that fails he will use executive orders as he hinted in this speech "we did everything we could do administratively". We cannot give in to any of these power grabs because once he gets one it will lead to more. We lose the Second Amendment in time we will lose the Bill of Rights.
