Mike Huckabee on Kim Davis’ Release: I’m Willing to Go to Jail in Her Place

Rowan County, KY clerk Kim Davis has ignited a political firestorm not just over the issue of gay marriage but with govt officials upholding and breaking the law, and a Supreme Court that is completely out of control.

Some may or may not agree with Kim Davis' actions, but here is what is really at issue: if this govt official is thrown in jail for refusing to follow the law and a court order then why wasn't Eric Holder thrown in jail for being in contempt of Congress? Why are all the mayors and council members of sanctuary cities/towns not in jail? Why isn't obama in jail for violating immigration law?

We have major problem in this country where the rule of law is now selective. Those in power can pick and choose what laws they want to enforce and those they do not. Popular opinion now dictates what should and should be be enforced. This is a clear sign we are a post-Constitutional Republic in need of new leadership.

While I'm not a fan of Huckabee's you have to respect him for offering to go to jail over his beliefs. How many politicians and presidential candidates are prepared to go to jail over their beliefs? We need to choose leaders prepared to pay a price for what they believe in vs those who pander to the electorate & party violating their personal principles.

The reason topics like gay marriage controversy and others are covered on STR is to put light on the growing threat of liberty and freedom from radical secular leftists/ liberals/ progressives. They are actively engaged in fascism in this country forcing individuals and corporations to submit to their ways or be literally destroyed. The left is all in favor of the First Amendment as long as you agree with their views, if not you are fair game! The vicious unrelenting attacks the left will engage in against ANYONE who doesn't submit to what they want is getting worse by the day. These modern day fascists will go after your business, job, family, reputation if you defy them.

These hypocrites once upon a time would claim they were champions of speaking out against govt and those infringing on peoples rights, but look at them now. Now they want big government in every aspect of our lives, they will do everything possible to silence dissent especially those whose dissent is based on religious beliefs. If the left had their way religion would be banned in this country which would also open the door to reinterpretation of the Constitution since it is based on Christian-Judea beliefs. That of course is the end goal for the radical left if you haven't figured it out yet.

Destroy mans relationship with God, then they can destroy the biggest thorn in their side, Constitution, to fundamentally transform America.

The minority tyrants/fascists of the "tolerant" liberal/ progressive left strike again! They will march and protest about their rights and freedom of speech but if anyone goes against their grain invoking his/ her rights and freedom of speech then these fascists attack. They attack so viciously at times its borderline violent, and that attack 99% of the time is to completely destroy someones life... for simply speaking their mind!

And what does the opposition, the right do in response to the viciousness of the left? Nothing! Ohhh hey everyone delete your FireFox browser we'll show them! Yeaaa they couldn't careless about all of you out there deleting a program from you crackphone or computer. Money talks.. you want to hurt them go after the money. Go after any enterprise theses groups profit off of. I've said it a million times I'll say it again the EXCUSES given by conservative talk radio hosts and other pundits to not engage in Counter Boycotts no longer holds water. Conservatives have got to stop playing nice with these SOBs and go after them on their own "turf". Boycott the companies and organizations but also those who support them. This OkCupid should not only be boycotted but any and all advertisers should be targeted as well! Anyone who came out supporting them and the ousting of Mozilla's CEO Brendan Eich should be boycotted. Deleting a browser isn't going to hurt anyone grow up!
