Ginsburg and Biden in 2016: President Has Constitutional Right to Fill SCOTUS Vacancy Before Election

  Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Joe Biden in 2016 in their own words made the argument the President and Senate have the legal Constitutional right to move forward to fill the SCOTUS vacancy before the election. Oddly none of that seems to matter to the democrats now, they hate that videos like these are being dug up using their own words to support Pres Trump.. kinda makes their hopes of impeaching him for following the law hard!   There is time to fill the vacancy, and it must be done ASAP knowing the chaos democrats will cause with this election. If you don't know, democrats are now pushing, and have already got rulings in their favor, that ballots cane be mailed in AFTER the election, in some cases up to 6 days later! Yea so the election doesn't go the way they want, so print out some more ballots and mail them in to change the results and YOU'LL ACCEPT THE END RESULT! This is how stupid and obedient the democrats think you are, knowing right now they intend to challenge the results and steal this election. The only way to beat them is to vote in-person casting more votes for Trump than what obama got in 2008, which means at least 70M of you are goign to have to vote for Trump and the GOP for that matter! The ball is in your court to make sure any attempt democrats make to steal this election futile. Get as many people as you know out to the polls Nov 3rd, because the dems are going to be running their ballot printing press day and night!

NJ Lawmakers Pass Bill Requiring Presidential Candidates to Release Tax Returns

Not a big shocker that lawmakers in a progressive state like NJ went ahead to be the first to pass an unconstitutional bill. Hawaii, California, Massachusetts and New Mexico are among 19 states also considering 32 similar bills after Pres Trump "failed" (in liberals view) to produce his tax returns prior to the 2016 election. This move is clearly an act by leftists in their never-ending quest to stop and screw with Trump. Newsflash progressive lawmakers, federal law supersedes state laws. Under Article 2 Sec 1 Clause 5 of the US Constitution the requirements for an individual to be POTUS is clearly stated:

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

No where in this does it state a presidential candidate must release their tax returns. If you want this federal requirement then go through the proper channels/ process, pass a Constitutional amendment. Yes, states reserve their rights but that's only in situations where the govt hasn't delegated powers, per 10th Amendment. The govt has in fact delegated the requirements to be POTUS, states cannot step in and change it! If this becomes law it will be challenged, taken to the Supreme Court and you will lose.

Frankly I don't care whats on anyone's tax returns that are running for POTUS. If the IRS didn't have a problem with an candidates returns, in years prior, then neither should you! "Well, we have to know how much they've donated and who they were doing business with." Really? You're playing with fire democrats. Tell you what, PRODUCE ALL OF YOUR TAX RETURNS and then maybe we'll talk. Maybe we should make producing 10 years of tax returns a requirement for anyone running for office?! Why should it just be those running for POTUS? Representatives and Senators (state & federal) are in power much longer and have as much if not more of an impact on citizens lives than those who are POTUS.

By the way if it hasn't dawned or clicked in your head, the bill now goes to Gov Chris Christie, a "republican", to be signed into law or vetoed. Let's see what this friend of the President does!

Senior FL Imam Asks Reporters Not to "Sensationalize" Attack, Calls for More Gun Laws

Muhammad Musri President of Islamic Society of Central Florida spoke in the wake of the Orlando TERRORIST attack at the Pulse nightclub asking reporters to not "sensationalize" the attack! Sorry but reporting the fact that an islamic radical killed 50+ people is not sensationalizing the attack.

If that wasn't enough Musri also stated we have had too many mass shootings (which this isn't really) and something needs to be done! This was not a "traditional" mass shooting carried out by some unhinged lunatic. This was a planned terror attack by an islamic radical that 3, count them THREE democrats Rep Alan Grayson, Senators Bill Nelson and Adam Schiff have clearly stated.

This attack has nothing to do with gun control. For the record Mateen was investigated by the FBI and was a LICENSED ARMED security guard, holding a "G" license which allowed him to travel anywhere with a firearm. That means he PASSED a background check or two, so NO LAW would have stopped him. Those of you pushing for more gun control, politicizing this TERROR ATTACK are evil!

By the way take notice no Jewish or Christian leaders were asked to speak!?
