Rep Gutierrez Urges Green Card Holders to Become Citizens Vote Against Trump, 'Bullies and Bigots'

Rep Luis Gutierrez wants green card holders to become citizens and vote in favor of democrats against those who speak the truth like Donald Trump. It's shocking that for once Luis didn't use his time on the People's House floor to advise illegals how to buck the system like he normally does! But this should be alarming to all Americans where a US Congressman can issue a call to arms to sway an election. Keep in mind those he preaches to would normally vote democrat but is he suggesting they earn voting rights to sabotage republican primary election results? This just goes to show you how far democrats will go to win. Those immigrants who followed the rules to become citizens should dismiss Luis divisive words. They should know first hand how difficult it is to come here and get ahead. Why would anyone who paid their dues want to enable a party responsible for more or less treating them like slaves?

This little SOB Gutierrez has been fully engaged in lending aid to illegal aliens. Under the General Penalty Provisions of the US Code one could argue Luis has committed a felony. That said is there anyone in law enforcement willing to to examine the code to see if charges can be filed against this certified socialist?

Is there anyone willing to use the other side of the "broken immigration law" to go after the very people responsible for breaking it since aiding and abetting illegal aliens is a felony?!

It's not surprising to hear a border sheriff speak out in support of Trump. Sheriffs like Paul Babeu see the results of criminal illegal aliens everyday. If you're expecting to hear DC take action on the border don't hold your breath. There will be no stand alone border security bills or punishing those states and cities that are sanctuaries for illegals.

While I welcome hearing Sheriff Babeu speak out I have to ask why he is not enforcing the law? No I'm not talking about the immigration law as far as keeping illegals out. There is another part of the immigration law that makes it abundantly clear those engaged in ANY activity, lending aid to illegal aliens are committing felonies.

If we want the current immigration laws on the books enforced then we have to start with the other part of the law that's being ignored. America you need to put pressure those people in law enforcement (police chiefs, sheriffs, district attorneys etc) who are on our side to start enforcing the sample code above along with the rest of it here. Start locking up politicians, pundits, advocates etc who are actively engaged in helping illegal aliens. When the pro-immigration/ open border crowd in DC sees their own getting locked up they'll get the hint.

You know this blame the republicans for everything is beyond old from Propaganda Minister Josh Earnest. This man has no soul... I can say that because while Earnest rants about how evil conservatives want to break up families (which is a pile of bull) he seems to not realize the family that was just broken up by an illegal alien in San Francisco. We know, we get it Josh, obama and the democrats are infallible they are so wonderful and perfect.

If that were true why is this nation a shell of what it once was? If the dems are so wonderful and really care about illegals why didn't they pass immigration reform when they held a super-majority for 2 years? Fact of the matter is obama and his disgraceful regime are responsible for Kathryn Steinle's death and all the other Americans who have fallen victim to crimes committed by illegal aliens since obama came to power. Do the republicans hold responsibility? Yes, but they aren't the ones ringing the amnesty bell like obama or his drones like socialist radical Luis Gutierrez who offers illegals a toolkit to get their "paperwork" in order.

America you should know anyone in favor of illegal immigration who is aiding and abetting illegals is committing a felony! Under the penalties listed US Code Title 8 Chp 12 they are looking at anywhere from 5-10 years federal prison time along with heavy fines. But for whatever reason the law is not enforced.

We don't need more laws or anything reformed. We need whats on the books ENFORCED. So that burden of enforcement is on local authorities, but let me clear I'm not talking about immigration law being enforced. No I'm talking about locking up politicians who are responsible for this invasion. The question we need to ask is whether our police, sheriffs and prosecutors have the guts to file charges on politicians and anyone else helping illegal aliens!?

Coulter is 100% right even though we know the left will come out and attack her for making this statement that more Americans will be killed by Mexicans than ISIS or sharks. What we need is to get as many eyes on crimes committed by illegals the same way folks are tracking racism and gun crimes. What you will find will of course will be the truth vindicating her and Donald Trump.

One of the things that has to happen is for victims or families of victims of crimes committed by illegal aliens to sue the city and or state. San Francisco is violating federal law (see below) by being a sanctuary city. The family of Kathryn Steinle should go after the city, Gov Brown and ICE for failing to keep illegal alien, Francisco Sanchez, locked up since they are incompetent in keeping him out of the US!

Anyone in the pool of GOP candidates for 2016 who goes against Trump, Coulter and others on immigration want illegal aliens in the US. Jeb Bush is pro-immigration because he, like all progressives, wants to create that new pool of voters to be in power.Progressives only care about what they can get out of illegals which is one party rule and cheap labor. They are creating a slave class which for whatever reason conservatives cannot see or do see but are afraid to say it publicly. Progressives do not want a secure border, they want immigration reform because of the bureaucracy and power a new law would create for them... like obamacare!

We don't need immigration reform or any new laws created. What we need is the border locked down, the visa program reigning in to fig out who should and shouldn't be here. Start deporting people regardless of emperor obama's illegal decree. Frankly if folks would just take look at US Code Title 8 but more importantly the parts on penalties and you will see the majority of the pro-immigration crowd who willfully lend illegals a hand are guilty of committing a felony!

Let me be clear I am NOT an attorney but under Section 8 USC 1324 it states any US citizen that willfully and knowingly assists an illegal alien, provides them with employment, food, water, shelter etc has committed a felony punishable with heavy fines and LONG jail time (5-10 years)!

Folks I implore you to look into US Title Code and make a lot of noise. All it takes is one brave police chief, sheriff, prosecutor to go after politicians and pro-illegal immigration crowd armed with this Code. When they see people getting locked up for aiding and abetting you will see this argument change. Until then illegal aliens will continue to come into the US.
