Illegals are constantly pouring through the southern border because this administration doesn't care! This "catch and release" policy Sheriff Babeu points out is proof of that!
Washington DC is completely derelict in its prime responsibility of national security. They have willfully left the border wide-open for political points pitting Americans against Americans while our enemies stroll across the border. Who the hell is the Mexican govt to interfere with our election? The wall will be built whether it's Cruz (been talking about it since 2011) or Trump, but if we get anyone else you can be sure the open border crowd (Mexico is part of) will get their way.

AZ Sheriff Paul Babeu and National Border Patrol Labor Council President Brandon Judd held a press conference today to alert the American people that the dangerous lawless obama admin is instructing the Border Patrol not to go in high traffic areas illegals use to enter the US! Is anyone really surprised to learn this? Aside from the drug problem, human trafficking and criminals crossing the border this policy has put the country's national security in grave danger. If this were any other POTUS blatantly putting the country in this much danger, in effect aiding and abetting our enemy, they would have been impeached by now!
Does anyone think terrorists are not aware of our porous border? Who do you think educated the Mexican drug cartels on the art of beheading their enemies? The same people the cartel has helped enter the US aka terrorists! It's not secret look it up, the govt is well aware of terror groups operating in Mexico, God only know how many are routinely crossing the border this regime refuses to secure?
We need some leaders to step up to the plate and refuse to follow this regimes orders upholding their oath of service. Those of you in the military and govt tasked with protecting the homeland you are in direct violation of the oath you took, and hold in high regard, to protect your job and pension! SHAME ON YOU!
For the record Congress passed the bill (Secure Fence Act of 2006) to build a wall, they can't get it funded for 2 reasons. The first, they are completely incompetent where as you know funding bills get loaded with pork for pet projects. So because they fight over who gets what, the bill gets sand-bagged. Second reason, we need a president who would actually sign off on said spending; with obama in power over the last 8 years there was no way a wall would have been built. If any of the GOP candidates get elected in 2016 the wall should get funded, but don't hold your breath.
Obama seems to be on a mission to put as many criminals as he possibly can back on the streets of America to cause chaos. Does anyone really believe the illegals who will also be released will be deported? Even if they are there's no doubt they will come right back and head for a sanctuary city!
Why isn't anyone asking why obama is really doing this? It has nothing to do with excessive sentences for low-level offenses. Everything obama has done is cold and calculated. Charles Payne has it correct this partly about getting new democratic voters but consider this (grab tinfoil hat): The regime is dumping criminals back on the streets where without doubt at least 50% will go back to life of crime. It's safe to assume those who return to life of crime will do so using a gun. That boost in gun crime will then be used by obama and gun grabbing dems as another reason to install more gun control!
AZ Sheriff Paul Babeu summed up the border situation perfectly that there are no laws because there are no consequence under the obama regime who refuses to enforcing the law. 67,000 violent criminal have been released onto Americas streets and they aren't just from Mexico but Iraq, Sudan, Russia etc as the Sheriff points out. How many of those 67,000 are terrorists not on any watch list? Guess we will find out soon enough!
Those of you in govt (DHS, ICE, etc) the "following orders" excuse only goes so far. You are violating your oath to this nation to protect your job and pension. When the blood of Americans is spilled understand that blood is as much on your hands as it is our leadership!
It's not surprising to hear a border sheriff speak out in support of Trump. Sheriffs like Paul Babeu see the results of criminal illegal aliens everyday. If you're expecting to hear DC take action on the border don't hold your breath. There will be no stand alone border security bills or punishing those states and cities that are sanctuaries for illegals.
While I welcome hearing Sheriff Babeu speak out I have to ask why he is not enforcing the law? No I'm not talking about the immigration law as far as keeping illegals out. There is another part of the immigration law that makes it abundantly clear those engaged in ANY activity, lending aid to illegal aliens are committing felonies.

If we want the current immigration laws on the books enforced then we have to start with the other part of the law that's being ignored. America you need to put pressure those people in law enforcement (police chiefs, sheriffs, district attorneys etc) who are on our side to start enforcing the sample code above along with the rest of it here. Start locking up politicians, pundits, advocates etc who are actively engaged in helping illegal aliens. When the pro-immigration/ open border crowd in DC sees their own getting locked up they'll get the hint.
Let me help many of you and say it for you that this is textbook Cloward & Piven strategy being used. The regime is releasing illegals into the population with serious criminal records to overwhelm the system. The regime categorizes or should I say trivializes these criminals as low-level but fact remains they are being locked up overwhelming cops, justice & prison system where "something has to be done" about the immigration issue.
Trust me the obama regime is doing this to justify amnesty, asylum or whatever scheme Schumer, Gutierrez and the other criminal consigliere's conjure up to bypass the law. After all "if these people were just given a chance, the ability to come out of the shadows" they wouldn't have to lead a life of crime. No one cares if you your family property fall victim to illegal alien criminals being set loose. The ends justifies the means to the Alinsky-ite in chief, who has DHS preparing green cards and worker permits as we speak for the millions he will legalize.
