Rosie O'Donnell Needs to Be Charged For Bribery

Rosie O'Donnell was engaged in clear acts of bribery, on Twitter to sitting US Senators with the goal of stopping the passing of tax reform, who should be charged for violating 18 US Code § 201.



Take note the law states, "Whoever—
(1) directly or indirectly, corruptly gives, offers or promises anything of value to any public official or person who has been selected to be a public official, or offers or promises any public official or any person who has been selected to be a public official to give anything of value to any other person or entity, with intent—
(A) to influence any official act; or..."  That is exactly what O'Donnell was engaged in, by making a simple, very public offer for $2 million cash to vote against the tax reform bill!

The evidence and O'Donnell's intentions are clear and indisputable. There is no excuse, playing the "well she's a comedian" card will not fly.

If O'Donnell is not charged she will be another example proving the US is a Banana Republic, with 2 sets of rules; one for elites who live lawless lives, the other for we the peons who go to jail for doing what elites do.

The Justice Dept needs to act to regain the trust of the American people, but with Jeff Sessions at the helm you can be sure he will find a way out or even recuse himself. And that is the real problem. The lawlessness coming from elites, from DC to Hollywood, has to stop. If anyone of us were publicly offer bribes to elected officials we would be carted away in handcuffs. When elites offer bribes it's shrugged, if not laughed off.

Judge Pirro delivered another fiery opening statement we normally hear meant for obama or Clinton but this time was directed toward the DC elitists like John Lewis and Maxine Waters to Hollywood limousine elitists like Rosie O'Donnell.

Lewis and Waters are members of the racist Congressional Black Caucus so it's a no brainer why they are acting so asinine. Sad that we have come to expect this kind of behavior from elected leaders who sweat to uphold and protect the Constitution and American people. Both should have been thrown out of office a long time ago but liberal voters will never see the light.

O'Donnell is out of her mind, as Pirro points out, calling for martial law until Trump can be investigated thoroughly. This idiot has no clue what this country would be like and most likely believes she and all her commie friends in Hollywood would be able to go about their business. No you wouldn't and honestly if obama was to do that there would be an outright civil war in the US!

Pirro nailed the real underlying problem by using these two examples of liberal elitism. These people are insanely out of touch with the American people and frankly reality. They truly believe what goes for the northeast and west coast should be the way of the land. Not only middle but all of America has had enough of the bullshit coming from elites. Like Pirro said either you're with America or you're not.

If you don't like it here get out like you said you would! You people are at full throttle seeing how far you can push the people. Trump's election and republicans holding majorities in Congress, state legislatures and governor seats should be a clear warning we've had enough. Keep pushing because the day will come when we will finally bite back!
