AOC Claims Illegal Immigrants Detained By ICE “Have Not Committed A Crime”

 
AOC isn't wasting anytime during this shutdown of society to continue advocating for illegal aliens while she condemns POTUS for his temporary immigration suspension and ICE for doing their jobs, enforcing America's immigration laws.

This girl... this CHILD has been entrusted with upholding, as well as creating legislation, the law. Illegally entering the US is not a civil matter, she doesn't even know entering the US illegally is a crime under 8 US Code § 1325. Improper entry by alien.

This is what democrats do, they carry on as authorities on an issue making a simple blanket statement, as AOC did here, where it takes a court fight to undo and even then their followers will still think dems are right.

It's against the law to illegally enter the US. It's a crime to aid, harbor, and employ illegals. Illegals do not have Constitutional rights.

AOC Upset Police Were NOT Out in Riot Gear at Richmond, VA Gun Rally

Poor democrat House Speaker AOC is not a happy camper over the low numbers of police, let alone those in riot gear, at the Richmond, VA gun rally! She seems bothered over the unfair treatment her Leftists thugs get vs how, an estimated 16K, armed Americans were handled today.

Well AOC here's why police weren't in riot gear - it probably has something to do with the fact that when conservatives, republicans and libertarians get together they don't trash CVS's, Starbuck's and other local business, while setting fire to anything they can possibly think of. They never throw bottles and other projectiles at police and onlookers. They don't attack reporters from opposing news media, to the degree of striking them so hard they have brain bleeding, over just reporting what's going on. They're not praising communism or outright calling for the end of the US as we know it, embracing anarchy either.

Alex doesn't want to accept people on the Right are peaceful, law-abiding Americans who can voice their grievances without destroying a city block or two, or setting an entire city a blaze. They have self-control, so much so they even pick up the trash before they leave!

AOC and her unhinged violent ilk don't do that, even though they rant about saving the planet... so in a nutshell that's why police were not in full riot gear today.

AOC Wants to Get Rid of Dept Homeland Security

The "Speaker" of the House Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said, in an interview with The New Yorker Radio, that she would eliminate Dept Homeland Security (DHS), because it controls ICE - which she and the new socialist party have already said they want abolished. The only way you get rid of ICE is to shutdown DHS!

“I think so. I think we need to undo a lot of the egregious, a lot of the egregious mistakes that the Bush administration did. I feel like we are, at a very, it’s a very qualified and supported position, at least in terms of evidence, and in terms of being able to make the argument that we never should of created DHS in the early 2000s."

Current immigration policies are her motivation to shut down ICE/ DHS. They keep the bad hombres out, or find those who are in the US, bringing them to justice if not deporting their miserable asses. But AOC, nor her party, wants to see that happen. They want illegals to freely enter the US, including the criminals, and have free reign to do whatever they hell they want. She couldn't careless about violations of Americans civil liberties under Patriot Act etc that are tethered to DHS. She hates that illegals are held accountable and people are screened coming into this country.

Forget all that, what this CHILD wants is an open border and lawlessness by whoever comes into this country. AOC, Omar, Tlaib, Pressley and the rest bowing down to them care more about illegals than US citizens. They don't care who gets hurt so long as the people the pander to are pampered!
