CNN: VA Audit Finds 57,000 Veterans Still Waiting for Care

Obamacare is the gateway to single payer healthcare that obama, Pelosi, Dean and countless progressives want for the entire nation. No one seems to want to talk about that do they? There is rarely any chatter now about obamacare and our do nothing Congress has abandoned efforts to stop it!

The question yet to be addressed is who gave the order to push the cooking of the books at the VA? Everyone is focused on who did what instead of asking who told these administrators to treat our warriors like garbage! Who created the incentive system for them to ignore the needs of so many? Those answers are probably connected to the same people who have done everything possible to make sure obamacare stays implemented!

Obama Accepts Shinseki's Resignation

So Eric Shinseki is out but the problems with the VA is still with us. He should have been fired when this mess first started but usually one in the obama regime behind a scandal never faces termination. Shinseki's resignation doesn't dismiss the disservice our vets have been subjected to and it won't fix what's wrong either. We still don't know who is behind all of this to begin with.

Fact is the problems with the VA are a symptom of a larger problem with a govt run program. The VA scandal is a clear look into our future under govt run healthcare. The VA is single payer healthcare, and although obamacare isn't it is the vehicle to get there. All dems including his majesty have said single payer is their end goal. If obama thinks Shinseki's resignation will take attention away from that he is gravely mistaken. While we focus on getting our vets taken care of the message of how disastrous govt run healthcare is needs to be pushed even louder. The regime will do its best to bury this as they do with all their scandals. Knowing Americans record on remembering stories like this the regime will most likely be successful.

Boehner & Pelosi Resist Calls for Shinseki to Resign

Does anyone need to see anymore examples as to why Boehner needs to go? He and Pelosi, both progressives, think alike it's their delivery that is different but the end result is almost always the same. In any other time or industry the individual in charge would be the first to go but not in the obama era. Instead those responsible for scandals and epic failures are left in play to do more damage take more blame keeping attention off everyone else involved. Makes you wonder what the two of them are cooking up right now while everyone is focused on this newest scandal!?

Some pundits will make the argument "if you get rid of Shinseki who will take over?" Well we don't know but hopefully someone competent that both parties could agree on. Unlike other appointments this is one you can be sure demoncrats and republicants will make sure the right person is confirmed. Don't hold your breath though this govt has made keeping bad administrators in play the new norm.

Montel Williams Shreds the Government Over VA Scandal

Williams thundered away at the abuse this govt has delivered to our veterans seeking medical care. How is it DC will shell out billions to other countries in aid but will not spend a dime on our own warriors? Those in the VA seem to forget the freedom and opportunities they take for granted is because of the people they forgot about all in the name of a bonus!

Montel has a solution to get to our vets waiting for care calling for a "corpsman surge". He suggested funds already allocated could be used for a temp rotary recall of duty to trained corpsman who could come in assess those vets in need of and get them the care they deserve. Congress & the Pentagon endorsed the troop surge which turned the tides in battle, will they do it on our own soil to help this win need? Don't hold your breath! They are more concerned with covering their butts and putting on a show to keep attention off all the other scandals and economic disasters under their watch.

Williams also pointed out the oath everyone takes when they choose to serve. Is it clear yet to all of our military now who your enemy is? The same people that call on you to fight for them, who then take victory laps over your sacrifice are the same ones who have forgotten about you but also the American people! We have enemies right here on US soil who are making our enemies job easier....

Nancy Pelosi: Single Payer Will Fix Obamacare

Single payer is and always was the end goal for obamacare. Complete govt control over everyones healthcare also allows the govt to control your life!

Govt controlled healthcare aka single payer has worked out so well just ask our friends across the pond or better yet the VA! The mess with the VA is single payer and that is what Pelosi, obama and all the progressives want for the entire nation. So you go right on ahead with the few primaries left America and give those who have done nothing to stop it another chance to run for office in Nov!

Many predict a repeat of 2010, I'm not seeing it. This nation isn't asleep but in a self induced coma nothing will get the people to act and take back the nation from progressives.

Union Rules Contributing to Poor Treatment of Veterans: Nearly 8 in 10 VA Workers Are Unionized

Michelle Fileds nailed it in her opening statement, the problem with the VA is not money, staff its the union that gets in the way. Unions put pressure on Congress and it filters downs to the nightmare we have today of poor care, vets left for dead for a handful to get their bonus! Williams is nuts if he thinks care is better at the VA vs a private hospital. Hoenig has the right plan give our vets vouchers and let them get care where they choose. Why should govt dictate their care when they are leaving many for dead!?

As for obama claiming he learned about this scandal as well as the others from the news that is nothing but a lie as Wayne Rogers points out. Obama is the most powerful man on the planet with a custom built Blackberry to stay in communication, there is no way he learns of these scandals from the news!

It is well documented the emperor was well aware of the problems within the VA 2008 and 2010. He is playing stupid and will allow Shinseki to take the fall for his incompetence just as he allowed Sebelius to take the fall for obamacares failures. Obama HATES the military,like the majority of demoncrats, they have a solid record of cutting funds off and voting against any provision to make sure our troops are well equipped on or off the battlefield.

Pelosi Blames Bush For Veterans Affairs Scandal

Surprised it took her this long to point the finger of blame at Bush. All the failures of the democratic party and his royal majesty are George W Bush's fault which is pretty funny because the guy hasn't been POTUS for 6 years. The last time I checked all the people blaming Bush were in office when he was POTUS who voted for and against everything they blame him for!

No one in DC will ever take responsibility and it is the people's fault. Americans want DC to take responsibility but they won't with themselves! The people need to own up to the fact that our complacency has only enabled this behavior from those in power. We created these career politicians who abuse us and the nation. You aren't ready to do what is necessary America just like a drug or alcohol addict. You are in denial, you want to treat the problem in your own special way like an addict.
