Judge Napolitano: Bundy Ranch Standoff is "Becoming the Last Straw" With This Admin & Big Government

"...this is becoming the last straw not only with this administration in particular but with big government in general. It's an in-your-face, overly aggressive, overly harsh unnecessary enforcement of a federal court order using militaristic tactics that are not necessary in modern society in order to enforce. And because of people like you and other colleagues of ours here at Fox and even elsewhere the American public is rallying against federal government." The Judge weighed in to double down on his previous statement that the people have drawn a line in the sand against the bullying of the federal govt. He reiterates regardless of who is right or wrong in this case that the use of heavily armed men and militaristic tactics  are not necessary when all the feds had to do was put a lien on Cliven Bundy's property for the unpaid taxes. Instead we witness the heavy-handed thuggery of the obama federal govt.

I don't think it has settled in folks heads yet of how out of control this govt has become. They surrounded a US citizen with a small army, set up sniper positions all over cattle grazing on public land in which taxes haven't been paid!!

As for the rumors of a raid what would be the grounds? Unpaid taxes? Bundy hasn't done anything illegal, he is not running arms, drugs, contraband etc to justify a raid. I highly doubt he has $1 million in cash lying around for the obama stormtroopers to seize. They already tried seizing his cattle and that backfired with a show of strength by the people. People who are still in place and ready to go! If regime stormtroopers did attempt a raid it would end badly for both sides, that said it would be foolish for the feds to go in.

Really? What is it YOU DO 24/7 Harry? What is it your thug boss does 24/7? I'm sorry if I recall obama has violated the "law of the land" aka obamacare 37 times! He has aided our enemies overseas, which is treason! He has weaponized federal agencies (IRS EPA DOJ) to attack and destroy Americans. Obama has the CIA & NSA spying on all Americans violating our privacy and our Fourth Amendment rights aka the LAW 24/7! You, you hypocrite have made all kinds of deals behind closed doors breaking God knows how many laws that have enriched yourself at the expense of the American people!

All you people in Nevada that are amped up about Cliven Bundy better take that anger and energy and get Harry Reid removed from power ASAP! This guy is radioactive to the entire nation!

Judge Napolitano on the Cattle Ranch Standoff: Enough Was Enough People Drew Line in Sand

The Judge put this standoff into perspective for folks to understand since so many are split over whose side they are on. The main issue is govt overstepping its boundaries as Napolitano points out this case should have been heard in a state court not a federal court. But even if the ruling would remain the same as the Judge points out all they (feds) had to do was put a docket/lien on Bundy's real estate property.. THAT'S IT! Coming in with an army of heavily armed stormtroopers setting up sniper positions, seizing a citizens private property (cattle) technically at gun point was asking for trouble.

This standoff is about the govt being completely out of control using troops an intimidation to get its way. That boys and girls is a called tyranny and if I recall we fought a war or two to put a stop to it. And don't even get me started on the First Amendment issue that was blatantly interfered with! If the feds can just come in and start taking what is the sense in states rights/ sovereignty? Why have state lines/ boundaries... why have states if the feds can come in and do whatever the hell they want? The federal govt was charged in protecting the country not micromanaging it, taxing people to death and lending cover to corrupt politicians with side deals to enrich themselves.

This standoff was/ is still about the people having enough of the bullying and thugocracy that comes out of Washington DC.
