Obama Admin Going After "Muslim Free Zone" Gun Store Owner After CAIR Demands Investigation

Not sure what kind of investigation if any on civil rights can be launched against Florida Gun Supply owner Andrew Hallinan who declared his shop would be a "Muslim Free Zone". Reason being is that DOJ should know that as a gun store owner and FFL Hallinan has legal authority to scrutinize and reject sale of weapons to anyone! This is just proof how quickly this regime will bow to special interests like CAIR and unleash its power against a citizen over race or claims of civil rights violations.

CAIR to Seek DOJ Probe of 'Muslim Free Zone' Businesses in Florida, New Hampshire

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation's largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today said it will call on the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate possible federal civil rights violations by businesses in Florida and New Hampshire that have been declared "Muslim free zones."

CAIR says that systematically banning Muslims from such businesses is a violation of federal laws prohibiting racial and religious discrimination in public accommodations.

And cops wonder why there is so much tension between them and people.

With all the high profile cases going on you would think some cops would think before they act, right?! No.

The officer claims Jay Carattz is "interfering" with a police investigation, for filming initially from a distance and then simply walking by on a public sidewalk. You will see/ hear this excuse,"interfering" with a police investigation, used in countless encounters with cops who try to justify their tactics of intimidation against citizens within their legal right to film in public. Sorry but one cop in plain clothes talking to people sitting on a bench and another cop leaning on a truck doesn't look like an official active investigation (whether it was or not)... good luck in court officer when you're sued for violating Carattz's civil rights.

The only thing that is going to register in the heads of town/city mayors, law enforcement agencies and officers is massive expensive civil rights lawsuits followed with people losing their jobs. Those in positions of power have to understand they are not above the law, cannot make rules up as they go and a title and/or badge and gun do not give them free will to do as they please.

While I support police they, like our president and Congress, in general over the years have become completely out of control. It is very sad that a few bad cops have given all a bad rap but they should blame themselves for not policing each other. At what point does the code of honor, not turning on your "brother at arms" become nullified? How many senior officials have turned a blind eye to corrupt out of control cops and officials? Those of you in LE that see this and say nothing, making excuses why you're silent are as much a problem as bad cops. You're not a "rat" for outing bad cops, but you are in the eyes of citizens because you do nothing!

Like this is any surprise although I don't see why the NSA would go through such lengths because when it gets to the end user they will gain full access and know whats on it, when and where! Our Constitutional civil rights are being trampled on day and night by the very people who enable the NSA! How does it feel America knowing Congress funds the NSA spying on each and everyone of us with our tax dollars? Where are the warrants to to intercept and bug peoples electronic devices? When was the last time you heard anyone in DC thunder away on the NSA? Aside from the handful of rebels in DC who else in a position of authority is speaking out against this agency's abuse of power? They seem more concerned about what law-abiding Americans are doing rather than the true enemies of the US. For the record all of this spying has done nothing to stop terror attacks. Where were they on Ft Hood or the Boston bombing?
