Maxine Waters Admits She Committed Fraud to Get Social Security

Legal Eagles correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Maxine Waters just admit when she was 14 she committed fraud to get a "Social Security card"? (Btw you don't just get a card, this is so you can SS benefits!) Can't she be charged under 42 U.S. Code § 1383a - Penalties for fraud (Sec. 1632 Penalties for fraud - SSA) or 18 U.S. Code § 1028 - Fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents, authentication features, and information?



Would the statute of limitations not be an issue because we are now just learning about her act of fraud? Shouldn't she at the least be denied 2 years of SSI payments when/ if she retires?

And no dems, I don't care if it's over a lousy $5, Waters willfully broke the law as a teen! God only knows what other acts of fraud she's committed since, especially in a Congressional seat of power for 26 years.

Hey Maxine, if I'm correct, you were warned to watch what you say because it will be you being investigated and impeached!

Sen Sessions: Illegals Under Executive Amnesty Will 'Cost Money' to Taxpayers in 'Long Run'

The majority of illegal aliens entering the US are not the best and brightest. They are poorly educated without even a high school diploma, under-skilled who work low paying jobs. They will not be contributing much to the US economy, will not create jobs (maybe some federal ones to process them) and will not be paying much in anything in taxes. Social Security is already maxed out and these people who have not paid into it will have access! That's just one program there are many others illegals will max out taking from Americans who have paid into the system for a lifetime!

As Sen Sessions explains they will in fact take advantage of many of the tax exempt programs and benefits. A tax exemption for them means that money they should be paying will be covered by another taxpayer. Nothing is free someone somewhere will have to pay! Now let's be clear this has NOTHING to do with income equality, it is not a justification to raise minimum wage. Jobs are scarce so in actuality you will have competition by way of who is willing to work for less, not more! Many on the left will more than likely take this as another reason to raise minimum wage to $15/hr for flipping burgers and sweeping floors. Doesn't work that way in the real world. Those who possess low wage jobs are being paid what is commensurate with the job and their experience. Let me also say because of the influx of illegals taking these jobs from Americans they have in fact driven wages down for said jobs. As I've explained here many times illegals tend to live in packs sharing living costs unlike most Americans who are not living 2-4 families in one home like illegals will!

Executive amnesty must be stopped, obama doesn't have the legal authority and we cannot afford 5-11 million people added to our social entitlement system who are not paying into it. Those of you on the left barely making it you are going to feel this as much as the people you attack on the right! Amnesty is bad for all Americans and our economy. Politicians on both sides only want amnesty to tap into a new pool of voters to hold power since we all are wising up to the crooks in DC!

Illegal Immigrants Eligible For Social Security & Medicare Benefits

You know it's coming, this is proof Rep Joe Wilson was 110% right calling obama a liar!

That list of entitlements and services Bill Hemmer runs through that illegals won't have access to is not in stone. Wait and see you will have progressives ranting and raving about how unfair it is to cut illegals out, and you can bet the race card will be pulled when the time is right. If his majesty gets a lot of push back on this you know he will wave that magic pen again and just give them all everything too!

You didn't really think Darth Hussein would open the borders up but keep social service programs from these new future democrat party voters did you? Americans will spend a lifetime paying into Social Security & Medicare to receive benefits illegals will have access to for contributing next to nothing! His majesty doesn't care about what this influx of illegal aliens will do to these services either. As a matter of fact he will welcome a complete failure of the system so he can blame republicans and conservatives to justify his socialist/ communists policies and calls for bigger govt.

One slap in the face after another comes from this radical regime against the American people and where is Congress? Hmm? Where are they? Home enjoying the holiday moving on to whatever is next on the schedule before the end of the year and another long vacation. If Congress was truly upset over this recent power grab don't you think they would have held special session to take action against the emperor? They don't care about us, we're on our own!

Non-English Speakers Qualifying For Disability More Quickly

You have Sen Jeff Sessions to thank for bringing this loophole out into the light. The question you need to ask is who put this into the law putting preferential treatment non-English speaking social security benefit applicants over English speaking ones?

In general one would have to be in the US for quite sometime and paying into SS system to recover benefits. So you are left wondering who are these people that have been here so long that they still are not speaking English?? The answer is they are people who have not been here that long but enjoy benefits almost equal to someone who paid into the system for decades.

I have no doubt this loophole was created by a demoncrat as yet another lure to get illegals to flood our border. The SS system is unsustainable as it is the loophole just gives another window into how bad the system that will collapse when you add more to it who are not paying into it over a long period of time but will receive almost the same benefits like someone who has!

This this is one more example as to why no amnesty or immigration reform bill can be permitted to even come to the House floor for a vote.
