Apparently the texts from Strzok weren't enough to establish motive and evidence against the political activists within the DOJ/ FBI for this hate Trump network.

Rand Paul is back and he isn't pulling any punches calling things as he sees them. While speaking on his concerns over the govt spying on American citizens and the need for more oversight, Paul said it's time for an investigation into high ranking obama officials who were engaged in collusion against Pres Trump.

The letter reveals specific edits made by senior FBI agents when Deputy Director Andrew McCabe exchanged drafts of Comey's statement with senior FBI officials, including Peter Strzok, Strzok's direct supervisor, E.W. "Bill" Priestap, Jonathan Moffa, and an unnamed employee from the Office of General Counsel (identified by Newsweek as DOJ Deputy General Counsel Trisha Anderson) - in what was a coordinated conspiracy among top FBI brass to decriminalize Clinton's conduct by changing legal terms and phrases, omitting key information, and minimizing the role of the Intelligence Community in the email investigation. Doing so virtually assured that then-candidate Hillary Clinton would not be prosecuted.
Also mentioned in the letter are the immunity agreements granted by the FBI in June 2016 to top Obama advisor Cheryl Mills and aide Heather Samuelson - who helped decide which Clinton emails were destroyed before turning over the remaining 30,000 records to the State Department. Obama's former Atty General Eric Holder took to Twitter to defend Robert Mueller's biased witch hunt against Pres Trump. Many in the GOP are calling for Mueller to resign as special counsel or be fired following Rod Rosenstein's testimony and the revelations over the anti-Trump investigators on his team.
Holder believing he is speaking for "the vast majority of the American people" threatened those calling for Mueller to go will not be tolerated. He then claimed all the attacks on Mueller are BS and politically driven!

This document is proof that the Assistant Deputy Attorney General, Scott Schools, gave Mueller the power to hire anyone and everyone on his team who has it out for POTUS, to take Trump out without any concern of conflicts of interest. Does it say that no, but it doesn't say much as Politico points out it's written so vague with no detail or limitations!
It now makes total sense why Rosenstein said today he stands by Mueller.

Where is Jeff Sessions?
Regardless of the intent of the waiver, Sessions needs to get in front of the cameras saying to hell with his recusal, start firing people and launch an investigation into EVERYONE involved, OR he should resign immediately. If Sessions doesn't take action or resign after Trump and his attorneys get wind of this then, POTUS should fire him immediately; time for games and being nice are way over.

Jim Jordan and Trey Gowdy grilled Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein over the clear bias and, many strongly argue corruption, going on in the Trump special investigation, led by Robert Mueller. In the wake of thousands of text messages being released by Peter Strzok as well as other info on members of Mueller's team, Rosenstein gave typical uninformative answers during the Judiciary hearing. He even tried to get out of answering some questions only to be snapped back as Jordan points out that the DOJ is under the committee's oversight!
Gowdy hit the AG with concerns over clear examples of conflicts of interest, yet Rosenstein didn't seem concerned. Why should he when he himself is as dirty as those already exposed!
Rosenstein commented he has total confidence in Mueller, citing his military history etc, but gave weak answers if not deflected on why so many Clinton/ obama loyalists are on his team. To date no crime has been committed, so the very existence of a special counsel is questioned. Mueller and co are trying to find a crime to pin on Trump. Couple that with everything Jordan, Gowdy and others laid out tell me again there isn't a silent coup taking place by Clinton/ obama/ GOPe loyalists!?
Does Chuck Schumer have a pair or what!! When Justice Scalia died the Senate minority leader was saying the same thing about the appointment of his successor. He wanted the outgoing President [obama] to choose the next SCOTUS Justice, even though in the past he argued against it when his party did not hold the Presidency. Curious, why didn't Chuck mention this when he used the Scott Brown example!? Chuck always wants the democrats to have a say when they are not in the drivers seat and then he runs to the mic when they don't get their way. As of right now the tax reform bill is in conference waiting final draft to be voted on.
Why should Doug Jones have a say in the tax bill, when he was not around for any of the fight that got us here? Does anyone believe if the roles were reversed Schumer, as majority leader, wouldn't be ramming a bill through after a special election, where a seat flips to the GOP, to avoid that vote against his agenda?! Knowing Chuck, he would accelerate the timeline to get the bill done. The man is just despicable with the games he plays, making demands, shaming and the whole "let's play fair. The special counsel investigation.. witch hunt into alleged claims of collusion [not a crime] between the Trump administration and Russia is all being run by people appointed by Bob Mueller, who are Clinton and obama loyalists. Reps Gaetz and Jordan are calling for a special investigation into just about everyone involved over the special treatment Clinton has been receiving from the DOJ. But such an investigation wouldn't stop there it will have to include the DNC and their dealings with Russia with respect to the fake dossier used to go after the Trump camp. Do we even need to mention the Uranium One deal?! The collusion Mueller is looking for with Trump, but will never find it, is really between the Clinton's, DNC, DOJ, and Russia!

Couldn't agree more with Judge Pirro tonight that the DOJ and FBI need to be "cleansed". The information and people being exposed engaged in corruption and lawlessness is staggering. Beverly Young Nelson, one of Roy Moore's accusers, admitted to ABC she added the date and place to the "smoking gun" yearbook inscription, she alleges Moore signed in 1977, to support her claims Moore sexually assaulted her.
Some legal experts and armchair attorneys say what she did is not a forgery but it is, or at the least an act of fraud, here's why.
When Young presented the yearbook with Moore's inscription, it was presented as "he wrote this" in its entirety. Look at the picture, she's holding and pointing to it. This is what Young said verbatim with her "attorney" sitting right next to and comforting her:

Young never once said, "I added the date and place", during that presser with Allred, whom did not correct her, "for the record", that she added the date and place as she told ABC News. Now to be clear, not saying Moore did or didn't go after these women when they were in their teens. To date other than the accusations, we have NO solid proof it happened. With Al Franken, we have photo evidence of his behavior, and with John Conyers we have payoffs. We evidence showing unacceptable behavior against Moore. You would think after a few of the controversies surrounding him over the years someone would have said something. Yet, a month before a special election AFTER a primary all these victims come out of the woodwork!? It doesn't add up.

He issued a non-apology apology followed up with an announcement he will be resigning "in the coming weeks". Either you're sorry or you're not and out or not. But when it comes to democrats/ progressives everything is calculated, it's always someone elses fault, actions or words taken out of context etc. Listen to it again, he's not sorry and has only committed to resigning in the future, Franken DID NOT resign today. If he actually resigned he would be packing up his office right now and be on his way back to Minnesota!

He said "in the coming weeks I will be resigning as a member of the United States Senate". That means it's business as usual until when exactly? When will he actually exit? The dems are using their resignation as a way to go after Roy Moore should he win Dec 12th. He wins they will act to see him removed from the Senate. On Franken, we have photo evidence of his behavior that supports the claims of seven women who have come forward. And for the record, repubs and conservs are calling for repub Blake Farenthold to go to after it was revealed he paid a victim off. But with Moore all we have are last minute allegations with nothing to support the women's claims. This man has been controversial for years yet no one ever came forward. No one came forward during the runoff with Luther Strange, it was only until after he won these women came forward. That's as convenient as 34 dems all of sudden within few hours calling for Franken to go.
To be clear NO ONE is saying what those women claim against Moore didn't happen, but no one is agreeing it did. As for atty Gloria Allred, she refuses to make the yearbook she produced as some smoking gun for examination. Why!? It makes no sense.
Dems along with their progressive friends in the GOP will go after Moore should he win Dec 12th.
